可持续发展视角下城镇化水平评价研究

【摘要】：城镇化与全球化、信息化被视为当今发展的潮流,是世界发展的标志。城镇化在我国得到了快速发展,但是在城镇化的进程中出现了不少问题,严重阻碍了城镇化的发展。城镇化如果还继续遵循原来的发展思想是难以适应可持续发展的要求。鉴于此,本文试图以可持续发展理论为基础,探讨城镇化可持续发展评价问题。本文在搜集、梳理城镇化水平的评价方法和城镇化可持续发展理论的基础上,结合可持续发展理论、人口迁移理论、经济增长理论、社会保障理论、空间布局理论等基本理论,界定了城镇化的概念及内涵。然后从可持续发展理论角度出发,运用系统动力学的思想从微观上对城镇化可持续发展的影响因素进行系统分析,建立了可持续发展视角下城镇化系统动力学模型,具体分析了城镇化可持续发展与经济增长、社会保障、科教发展、生态稳定、人口聚集、空间布局六个基本反馈环,通过系统分析理清了城镇化的发展机制和具体影响因素,为可持续发展视角下城镇化水平评价指标的选取奠定了理论基础。在此基础上,运用文献综述及文献计量学方法构建可持续发展视角下城镇化水平评价指标体系,采用因子分析方法降维和客观赋权,计算出综合指数和各个维度的指数,在此基础上采用聚类分析方法对不同样本的指数进行分类。最后,应用实例分析,以评价结果为根据提出了针对性的措施。本文全面系统的分析了城镇化的发展机制,介绍了城镇化水平的指标体系的设计思路和分析方法,分析了城镇化可持续发展的影响因素。首先使城镇化水平评价指标体系得到了补充和完善,促进城镇化的研究深入发展;其次本文建立了城镇化系统动力学模型,对城镇化的发展机制的深入研究有一定的借鉴意义。因此,本文不仅有一定的学术意义,对城镇化水平评价工作实践也有一定的参考意义。
[Abstract]:Urbanization and globalization, informatization is regarded as the current trend of development, is the symbol of world development. Urbanization has been developing rapidly in our country, but there are many problems in the process of urbanization, which seriously hinder the development of urbanization. It is difficult to adapt to the requirement of sustainable development if urbanization continues to follow the original thought of development. In view of this, this paper attempts to discuss the evaluation of urbanization sustainable development based on the theory of sustainable development. On the basis of collecting and combing the evaluation methods of urbanization level and the theory of sustainable development of urbanization, this paper combines the theory of sustainable development, the theory of population migration, the theory of economic growth, the theory of social security, the theory of spatial distribution, and so on. The concept and connotation of urbanization are defined. Then, from the perspective of sustainable development theory, using the idea of system dynamics to analyze the influence factors of urbanization sustainable development from the micro perspective, the paper establishes the urbanization system dynamics model from the perspective of sustainable development. It concretely analyzes six basic feedback loops of urbanization sustainable development and economic growth, social security, science and education development, ecological stability, population concentration, spatial distribution, and clarifies the development mechanism and specific influencing factors of urbanization through systematic analysis. It lays a theoretical foundation for the selection of evaluation indexes of urbanization level from the perspective of sustainable development. On this basis, the evaluation index system of urbanization level under the perspective of sustainable development is constructed by literature review and bibliometrics, and the comprehensive index and index of each dimension are calculated by factor analysis. On this basis, the index of different samples is classified by cluster analysis method. Finally, based on the evaluation results, some specific measures are put forward. This paper systematically analyzes the development mechanism of urbanization, introduces the design idea and analysis method of the index system of urbanization level, and analyzes the influencing factors of the sustainable development of urbanization. Firstly, the evaluation index system of urbanization level is supplemented and perfected to promote the further development of urbanization research. Secondly, the dynamic model of urbanization system is established in this paper, which has some reference significance for the further study of urbanization development mechanism. Therefore, this article not only has the certain academic significance, also has the certain reference significance to the urbanization level appraisal work practice.
