护理员岗位管理体系的建立与探索实践

【摘要】:目的根据福建省卫生厅、福建省人力资源和社会保障厅、福建省物价局《关于开展规范医院护工管理试点工作的意见》精神,结合医院实际情况,探索建立护理员岗位管理体系。方法我院2013年10月通过与辖区警方联动,邀请派出所警长、段警参与管理,确立护理员管理机构,护理员岗位的准入、价格定位、签订协议、规范培训、服务质量监管、退出机制、激励及定期满意度调查等环节的实施,对我院160名护理员开展岗位管理。结果我院通过近两年护理员岗位管理的实践,逐步实现了护理员"五统一"管理。结论通过护理员岗位管理不仅稳定了护理员队伍,同时也减轻了护理工作压力。
[Abstract]:Objective according to the spirit of Fujian Provincial Health Department, Fujian Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, Fujian Price Bureau on developing the pilot work of standardizing the management of nursing workers in hospitals, and combining with the actual situation of hospitals, Explore the establishment of nursing post management system. Methods in October 2013, the police officers and police officers of police stations were invited to participate in the management of the police station, to establish the admission, price orientation, agreement, training and service quality supervision. Implementation of exit mechanism, motivation and regular satisfaction survey, and post management of 160 nurses in our hospital. Results through the practice of nursing staff post management in our hospital in recent two years, the nurses'"five unified" management was gradually realized. Conclusion the post management of nursing staff not only stabilized the nursing staff, but also alleviated the pressure of nursing work.
