中山市人社局公文管理系统的研究与分析

【摘要】:现今,我国仍然使用纸质公文,甚至是一些政府机关、企事业单位的主主要的公文收发形式,这种形式将公文使用单位不便于对公文进行查询、再利用,纸质文件难于归档和存放,日子长久后,难于调用文件,公文使用效率将成为一大难题。传统的公文管理中,文件在下发时,需要大量的使用纸张,文件复印量大增,社会资源虚耗。随着政府机关、企事业单位的信息化办公迅速开展,使用电脑管理公文已成为机关工作人员的首选的公文工作方式。在此,我们需要开发一套公文管理系统,以便达到较高的工作效率,公文的管理方便,较少的资源浪费,节约办公成本的目的。公文管理系统主要的功能是帮助公文管理工作人员管理中山市人力资源和社会保障局公文管理工作。通过建设公文管理系统使人力资源和社会保障局公文管理工作变得统一规范、有体系、有组织,日常人力资源和社会保障局公文管理工作者的管理需要将得到一个新高度,以及达成公文管理工作者所需要的大致的公文管理业务。本文主要阐述了研究与分析的题目“公文管理系统”的开发背景与开发环境,组建了系统的构架,并分析,再应此而划分出各个模块。需求分析是论文中的重要一环,我们进行了详细的论述,模块与功能的实现原理也一一阐述,勾勒出了系统的基本蓝图。通过建设公文管理系统实现人力资源和社会保障局公文管理工作变得有组织的、有体系的,满足日常人力资源和社会保障局公文管理工作者的管理需要,以及公文管理工作者所需要的部分业务管理功能。为了对系统进行详细的建模分析,本文使用UML,(统一建模语言),列出了相应功能模块的用例图、包图、类图,并通过流程图和文字加以解释说明。在文章中,我们给出了本系统的总体研究与分析,具体介绍了功能需求的情况,最后勾勒了数据库。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, paper documents are still used in our country, and even some government agencies, enterprises and institutions have the main form of receiving and sending official documents. This form makes it difficult for the official documents to be queried and reused. Paper documents are difficult to file and store, and after a long period of time, it is difficult to call them. The efficiency of using official documents will become a big problem. In the traditional document management, when the document is issued, it needs a lot of paper, the document copy quantity increases greatly, the social resources are wasted. With the rapid development of the information office of the government and enterprises, the use of computer to manage official documents has become the first choice of official documents. Here, we need to develop a set of document management system in order to achieve a higher work efficiency, document management convenience, less waste of resources, save office costs. The main function of the document management system is to help the document management staff manage the document management work of Zhongshan Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. Through the construction of a document management system, the document management work of the Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security will be unified, standardized, systematic, organized, and the management needs of the official documents management workers of the Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security will be given a new height. And to achieve the document management workers need the approximate document management business. This paper mainly describes the development background and development environment of the research and analysis title "official document Management system", sets up the framework of the system, and analyzes, and then divides each module in response to this. Requirement analysis is an important part of the paper. We discuss in detail the realization principle of modules and functions, and outline the basic blueprint of the system. Through the construction of a document management system, the document management work of the Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security has become organized and systematic to meet the management needs of the official document management workers of the Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security. As well as the document management workers need some business management functions. In order to model and analyze the system in detail, this paper lists the use case diagram, package diagram, class diagram of the corresponding function module by using UML, and explains them by flow chart and text. In this paper, we give the overall research and analysis of the system, introduce the functional requirements, and finally outline the database.
