传统农业区农地流转影响因素实证研究——以湖北省为例

【摘要】：利用湖北省传统农业区441户农户问卷调查的数据,采用logit模型,对影响农户土地流转的因素进行了分析。结果表明,年龄、职业、健康状况、家庭总收入、种植业收入比重、农业劳动力人数、地区经济发展水平、产权稳定性等因素对土地流转有显著影响。提高农村居民素质,促进地区经济发展,健全土地流转服务平台,完善农村社会保障体系可以有效地促进土地流转。
[Abstract]:Based on the questionnaire data of 441 peasant households in traditional agricultural areas of Hubei Province, the factors affecting the land circulation of farmers were analyzed by using logit model. The results showed that the factors such as age, occupation, health status, family income, proportion of crop income, agricultural labor force, regional economic development level, property rights stability and so on had significant effects on land circulation. Improving the quality of rural residents, promoting regional economic development, perfecting land circulation service platform and perfecting rural social security system can effectively promote land circulation.
