基于Web技术的沈阳全民参保登记系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:“国家/企业保险”制度是历史的必然产物,受传统的社会保障制度的限制,无法摸清用人单位和个人社保的参保情况,也很难统计出部分人不愿、不便参保的原因。进入信息时代,Internet技术飞速发展,上述问题不再成为难题。沈阳全民参保登记系统是为了满足社会保险覆盖全社会相关人群为目标,通过核实信息、逐户调查、统一管理数据以及实时更新数据等措施,对沈阳市各类社会群体参加社会保险情况进行登记、核实和统一规范管理,从而推动城乡居民全民、全面和可持续参加社会保险的专项管理系统。本文主要基于Web技术研发的沈阳全民参保登记系统网站。在系统网站开发过程中采用了关于网站设计与制作和建立动态网站的几种相关技术,如HTML5+CSS3、JSP、SQL Server2008数据库等。本文从系统的需求分析来确定了系统设计目标,对系统的主要功能模块规划进行了详细阐述。在总体系统设计中,分析了系统主要功能模块的组织结构、系统后台数据库和数据库表格的设计过程。通过对个人登记、街道/社区人员、管理员等功能模块实现过程介绍,完成了该系统的详细设计的阐述。最后通过系统的测试结果分析,显示该系统的运行状况。该系统分析了全民参保登记系统的主要功能需求,提出了业务流程化、对象化的应用分层设计理念。沈阳全民参保登记系统设计实现了一个基于Java开发的JSP+Servlet+Java Bean开发模式,遵循MVC设计模式。该系统设计了参保登记系统所需要的相关模块,实现了包含设计各个部分所需要完成的主要功能。基于Web技术开发的网站模式管理系统采用Browser/Server的访问存取技术,使系统具有很好的功能性、可靠性、易用性、可维护性和可移植性。
[Abstract]:The system of "state / enterprise insurance" is an inevitable outcome of history. Limited by the traditional social security system, it is impossible to find out the situation of social security insurance of employers and individuals, and it is difficult to find out the reasons why some people are unwilling and inconvenient to participate in the insurance. With the rapid development of Internet technology in the information age, these problems are no longer difficult. The Shenyang National Insurance Registration system aims to meet the goal of social insurance coverage of all social related groups, through verification of information, house-to-door investigation, unified management of data and real-time updating of data, and so on. It is necessary to register, verify and standardize the social insurance participation of various social groups in Shenyang, so as to promote a special management system for all urban and rural residents to participate in social insurance in an all-round and sustainable manner. This paper mainly based on Web technology research and development of Shenyang National Insurance Registration system website. In the course of the development of the system website, several related technologies about the design and manufacture of the website and the establishment of the dynamic website are adopted, such as HTML5 CSS3JSPO SQL Server2008 database and so on. In this paper, the design goal of the system is determined from the requirement analysis of the system, and the planning of the main function modules of the system is described in detail. In the overall system design, the organization structure of the main functional modules of the system, the design process of the system background database and database table are analyzed. Through the introduction of personal registration, street / community personnel, administrator and other functional modules, the detailed design of the system is described. Finally, the test results of the system are analyzed to show the running status of the system. The system analyzes the main functional requirements of the universal participation registration system, and puts forward the application hierarchical design concept of business process and objectification. Shenyang National Insurance Registration system designed a JSP Servlet Java Bean development model based on Java, followed the MVC design pattern. The system designed the relevant modules needed for the registration system, and realized the main functions of each part of the design. The website mode management system based on Web technology adopts the access and access technology of Browser/Server, which makes the system have good function, reliability, ease of use, maintainability and portability.
