社会工作介入“深漂蚁族”就业对策研究

【摘要】:笔者通过结合相关知名媒体及学者的定义,以及笔者所处环境及经历,对本研究中“深漂蚁族”该类群体进行区域、年龄段以及消费主体的划分,即大学毕业后在深圳市福田区就业的低收入聚居大学生群体。纵观国内外媒体、学者对“蚁族”现象的研究,“蚁族”已成为全球性的普遍问题。在国内外广大媒体、学者对“蚁族”群体开展共性研究时,也有相当一部分媒体、学者关注“蚁族”群体的个性分析及差异化研究,但对于根治“蚁族”群体的生存、就业问题尚显不足。为此,笔者在文中立足社会实际,以我国一线城市为典型,通过对“深漂蚁族”开展较有针对性的问卷调查,发现“深漂蚁族”存在就业歧视、求职难、就业不稳定、就业满意度低等问题,深入剖析“深漂蚁族”就业问题原因后,提出社会工作介入就业帮扶的建议,如“深漂蚁族”自我增值、社工帮扶、维权帮扶、社会支持网络等方面。最终为“深漂蚁族”群体、学校、地方人力资源和社会保障局、民政局、社区街道办等社会群体、机构、部门等在帮扶、救助、引导各方面起到一定的参考意义,达到缓解“深漂蚁族”就业困境的目的。
[Abstract]:By combining the definition of relevant well-known media and scholars, as well as the environment and experience of the author, the author divides the area, age and consumer main body of this kind of group of "deep floating ant race" in this study. That is, after graduation in Shenzhen Futian District employment low-income group of college students. Throughout the domestic and foreign media, scholars on the "ant tribe" phenomenon, "ant tribe" has become a global problem. In the mass media at home and abroad, when scholars carry out research on the generality of the "ant tribe" group, there are also quite a number of media. Scholars pay attention to the individual character analysis and differentiation research of the "ant tribe" group, but for the survival of the "ant tribe" group, The problem of employment is still insufficient. Therefore, based on the social reality and taking the first-tier cities of our country as a typical example, the author carried out a targeted questionnaire survey to the "deep floating ant race", and found that the "deep floating ant race" has the advantages of employment discrimination, difficulty in seeking employment and unstable employment. After deeply analyzing the causes of the employment problems of the "deep floating ant tribe", the author puts forward some suggestions for social work to intervene in the employment support, such as self-increment, social worker help, rights protection help, social support network and so on. In the end, the group, schools, local human resources and social security bureau, civil affairs bureau, community street office, and other social groups, institutions, departments and so on, played a certain reference significance in helping, rescuing, and guiding all aspects of the "deep floating ant tribe" group, school, local human resources and social security bureau, civil affairs bureau, community street office, etc. To alleviate the "deep floating ant tribe" employment difficulties.
