江西省电力公司综合保险管理系统研究与分析

【摘要】:江西省电力公司是以电网建设运营为核心业务的国有特大型能源供应企业,承担着为江西省经济社会发展和人民生产生活提供电力供应与服务的重要使命。随着公司规模的不断扩大,单一的职工社保管理已经无法满足新形势下社会保险管理工作的需要,如何将多险种集中的统一管理成为省电力公司急需解决的问题。 本文首先介绍了江西省电力公司综合社保管理系统的项目背景和应用现状,然后简述了系统的研究意义、研究内容和主要工作。在第二章中对省电力公司综合社保管理的业务进行分析,并根据原有业务进行了业务再造。然后对系统进行功能分析,采用结构化方法设计系统的数据流图和功能结构。在第四章数据分析中,使用功能数据分析图(IP0图)描述各个模块的管理流程,并且详细的阐述了系统的实体关系。根据上一章的数据流分析,用数据表对数据库进行设计。最后一章对本文的研究内容进行总结与展望。 本系统根据社保综合管理的基本业务流程设计,全面实现医疗、工伤、生育社会保险业务管理的计算机化处理,基本满足省电力公司在综合社保管理工作中的使用要求,较好地体现了“多险合一,灵活完善”的设计理念,极大的提高公司综合社保管理的效率。
[Abstract]:Jiangxi Electric Power Company is a large state-owned energy supply enterprise with the core business of power grid construction and operation. It undertakes the important mission of providing power supply and service for the economic and social development of Jiangxi Province and the production and life of the people. With the continuous expansion of the scale of the company, the single employee social security management has been unable to meet the needs of the social insurance management under the new situation. How to centralize the unified management of multiple types of insurance has become an urgent problem to be solved by the provincial electric power company. This paper first introduces the project background and application status of the integrated social security management system of Jiangxi Electric Power Company, and then briefly describes the research significance, research content and main work of the system. In the second chapter, the comprehensive social security management business of provincial electric power company is analyzed, and the business is reconstructed according to the original business. Then the function of the system is analyzed, and the data flow diagram and function structure of the system are designed by structured method. In the fourth chapter, the function data analysis diagram (IP0) is used to describe the management flow of each module, and the entity relationship of the system is described in detail. According to the data flow analysis in the previous chapter, the database is designed with data table. The last chapter summarizes and prospects the research content of this paper. According to the basic business process design of social security integrated management, the system can realize the computerized management of medical treatment, industrial injury and maternity social insurance, and basically meet the requirements of the provincial electric power company in the comprehensive social security management. It embodies the design idea of "multiple risks in one, flexible and perfect", and greatly improves the efficiency of the company's comprehensive social security management.
