营口民政信息管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：在国内改革开放与现代化建设水平愈来愈高且整个行政事务机制逐渐标准化、统一化与社保结构逐渐健全的背景下,国内的民政事业也实现了高速成长,例如,民政部门的业务方向愈来愈广,琐碎型工作内容和服务目标愈来愈多,种类也显现出愈来愈多样化的发展趋势;工作程序的法制化、规范化使工作人员面临的任务更加艰巨。在民政工作上,其包含有内容、范围和内涵拓展等多方面的问题,仅仅依靠过去的管控方法与工作方式,已经难以满足形势发展的需求。故笔者此次所要研究的便是能够满足民政系统基本业务需求的民政数据管理系统,构建和运用规范的民政数据系统,能够实现对多种民政数据的获取、整合与解析等目的。本文利用C#等技术,在.NET Framework环境下,分析了软件开发的民政管理各大模块,为此设计开发了一个民政信息管理系统。本文首先研究民政信息管理系统的总体设计内容与各项流程;其次,根据系统的总体设计内容与分析功能模块,建立民政管理系统的UML模型,详细地设计了民政信息管理系统的相关业务流程;最后,分别针对系统中划分的低保管理模块,殡葬管理模块等六大模块进行设计与实现。该设计系统经过对其功能和性能进行测试后,运行效果良好,实现了设计要求的所有功能,完成后的系统展现出以民为本、为民解忧和为人民服务等基础思想,具有实用性、先进性、完整性和操作简便性等特点。因此研究民政信息管理系统具有较高的理论研究价值和实用使用价值。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the higher and higher level of domestic reform, opening up and modernization, the gradual standardization of the whole administrative affairs mechanism, the unification and the gradual improvement of the social security structure, the civil affairs cause in China has also achieved rapid growth. For example, The business direction of civil affairs departments is becoming wider and wider, the contents and service objectives of trivial work are becoming more and more numerous, and the kinds of work departments are also showing a more and more diversified development trend, and the legalization and standardization of work procedures make the tasks faced by staff members more arduous. In the civil affairs work, it contains many problems, such as content, scope and intension expansion. It is difficult to meet the needs of the development of the situation by relying on the past methods of management and control and the way of work. Therefore, the author of this study is able to meet the basic business needs of civil affairs data management system, the construction and use of standardized civil affairs data system, can achieve a variety of civil affairs data acquisition, integration and analysis purposes. In this paper, using C # and other technologies, the civil administration modules of software development are analyzed under the. Net Framework environment. For this purpose, a civil affairs information management system is designed and developed. Firstly, this paper studies the overall design content and flow chart of civil affairs information management system. Secondly, according to the overall design content and analysis function module of the system, the UML model of civil affairs management system is established. Detailed design of the civil affairs information management system related business processes; finally, the system is divided into the minimum security management module, funeral management module and other six modules are designed and implemented. After testing its function and performance, the system runs well and realizes all the functions required by the design. The completed system shows the basic ideas of taking the people as the basis, solving the worries for the people and serving the people. Advanced, integrity and easy to operate and other characteristics. Therefore, the study of civil affairs information management system has high theoretical research value and practical value.
