【摘要】：正社会保险的法律责任机制,对于确保社会保险法律制度的顺利实施,进而增强其强制性和最终实现,具有无可替代的重要意义。因此,在社会保险法律实施及社会保险法治实现中,法律责任是不可或缺的重要一环。制度规定未有效落实虽然《社会保险法》第十一章专章规定了"法律责任",其配套法规如《工伤保险条例》《全国社会保障基金条例》中或有专章规定,或有多处涉及行政处罚、行政强制等法律责任的条款,但一
[Abstract]:The legal liability mechanism of positive social insurance is of irreplaceable importance to ensure the smooth implementation of the legal system of social insurance and to enhance its enforcement and ultimate realization.
