城中村改造过程中的社区转型与城乡文化融合问题研究

【摘要】：作为乡土社会和法理社会属性兼具的混合社区,城中村既加剧外来人口的城乡文化冲突,也不利于原住民与城市的深度融合。实现以人为核心的新型城镇化,必须加快城中村这一混合社区的转型。这种转型不能依靠环境整治的修补来实现,应当以城中村空间形态改造为突破口,同步完成原住民身份、居住组织方式、社区管理方式、经济活动方式、社会保障方式等多角度转变来实现,在城中村改造过程中统筹解决社区转型和城乡文化融合问题。
[Abstract]:As a mixed community with both local and legal social attributes, the village in the city not only intensifies the cultural conflict between urban and rural areas of the foreign population, but also is not conducive to the deep integration of aboriginal people and the city. In order to realize the new urbanization, we must speed up the transformation of the mixed community. This transformation cannot be achieved by the remediation of the environment. It should take the transformation of the urban village space form as a breakthrough, and simultaneously complete the aboriginal identity, residential organization, community management, and economic activities. In the process of transformation of village in city, the transformation of community and the integration of urban and rural culture can be solved as a whole.
