河南省城市社会治理现状及其对策分析

【摘要】：城市社会治理是一个综合的复杂过程,其治理状况与城市的发展和社会秩序密切相关,也与每个居民的日常生活息息相关。河南省城市社会治理在城市公共服务、社会参与、社会公平、社会信任、社会保障、社会冲突和法治意识等方面,与城市居民的要求还有距离。应通过明确治理主体法律地位、提高公共服务质量、完善公民参与机制、推进社会法制化等手段加以解决。
[Abstract]:Urban social governance is a comprehensive and complex process. Its governance is closely related to the development of the city and social order, and also to the daily life of every resident. Urban social governance in Henan Province is still far from the requirements of urban residents in the aspects of urban public service, social participation, social equity, social trust, social security, social conflict and the consciousness of rule of law. It should be solved by means of clarifying the legal status of the subject, improving the quality of public service, perfecting the mechanism of citizen participation and promoting the legalization of society.
