基于MOOC的翻转课堂教学模式初探——以“开放教育劳动与社会保障法”课程实践为例

【摘要】：MOOC和翻转课堂作为一种新型的教学模式,为开放教育的发展带来了新的机遇,把MOOC和翻转课堂的教学经验应用到开放教育教学实践中,能够提升教学质量,推进开放大学转型发展。结合MOOC和翻转课堂的特点,对开放教育中"劳动与社会保障法"课程在教学中存在的主要问题进行分析,在此基础上构建基于MOOC的翻转课堂教学模式,并以劳动与社会保障法课程实践为例提出了实施翻转课堂教学模式的具体方法,以期对基层电大教学模式的创新研究有所裨益。
[Abstract]:As a new teaching mode, MOOC and flip classroom bring new opportunities for the development of open education. Applying the teaching experience of MOOC and flip classroom to the teaching practice of open education can improve the teaching quality. Promote the transformation and development of open universities. Combined with the characteristics of MOOC and flipping classroom, this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the course of "Labor and Social Security Law" in open education, and on this basis, constructs the flipping classroom teaching mode based on MOOC. Taking the practice of the course of labor and social security as an example, this paper puts forward the concrete method of implementing the flipping classroom teaching mode, which is expected to be beneficial to the innovative research of the teaching mode of the basic RTVU.
