浅析在技工院校中进一步深入推进一体化教学改革

【摘要】:一体化教学方法作为职业教育的重要手段已经被认同,探索和建立适合企业发展、符合新型职业教育的课程模式,已经成为职业技术院校提高教学质量的重要手段。国家人力资源和社会保障部2009年开始在全国部分具备条件的技工院校中开展一体化课程教学改革试点工作。几年过去了,技工院校技能人才的培养定位,必然要求技工院校走工学一体化的改革之路,这是由培养对象和培养目标决定的。以典型工作任务为载体、工作过程为导向、校企合作、工学结合相和谐,专业技能培养与企业用工标准相适应,综合能力培养与学生未来职业生涯发展相匹配,理论教学与技能操作融会贯通的课程体系,形成以综合职业能力培养为核心的技能人才培养体系,提高一体化教学水平和技能人才培养质量,让"中国制造"响誉世界。
[Abstract]:As an important means of vocational education, the integrated teaching method has been recognized. Exploring and establishing a curriculum model suitable for the development of enterprises and in line with a new type of vocational education has become an important means to improve the teaching quality in vocational and technical colleges and universities. In 2009, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security began to carry out the pilot work of integrated curriculum teaching reform in some qualified technical colleges and universities throughout the country. After a few years, the training orientation of the skilled personnel in the technical colleges and universities will inevitably require them to take the road of the reform of the integration of engineering and learning, which is decided by the training object and the training goal. With typical work task as carrier, work process as guidance, cooperation between school and enterprise, harmonious combination of work and study, professional skill training and enterprise employment standard, comprehensive ability training and students' future career development are matched. The course system which combines theory teaching with skill operation, forms the training system of skilled personnel with the core of comprehensive vocational ability training, improves the level of integrated teaching and the quality of training skilled personnel, and makes "made in China" famous all over the world.
