人口迁移流动下的农村居民养老问题探究——湖北省潜江市村庄的典型调查

【摘要】：随着改革向社会纵深领域发展,农村社会正在快速转型,城乡一体化雏形初现。伴随这一过程的是农民老龄化、农村空心化现象日益严重。遗留给农村的是精英主体流失,农村社会养老传统体系正在崩溃,而新的社会保障体系短期内又无法建立起来,这是我国城镇化的阵痛,也是改革和新农村建设的难题。本文以潜江市部分村庄为案例样本,对这一问题做典型调查。
[Abstract]:With the development of the reform to the depth of the society, the rural society is transforming rapidly and the embryonic form of urban-rural integration appears. Accompanied by this process is the aging of farmers, the phenomenon of rural hollowing is becoming more and more serious. What is left to the countryside is the loss of the elite, the collapse of the traditional rural social old-age system, and the inability to establish the new social security system in the short term. This is the labor pain of urbanization in China, and also the difficult problem of the reform and the construction of the new countryside. This paper takes some villages of Qianjiang City as a case sample, and makes a typical investigation on this problem.
