中山一职人事管理系统的研究与分析

【摘要】：随着计算机和现代网络的巨大进步,信息高速公路工程和计划纷纷成为各国发展的重要战略。中等职业教育一方面承担着国家教育体系的九年义务教育职业,另一方面同时肩负着专门技术人才的培养,因此加快建设现代职业教育体系是国家教育和经济发展的一个重要战略。在此宏观背景下,中职学校处在整个革新时代大潮中,中职学校人事管理系统的开发已经具备了技术条件和时代赋予的必要性。论文介绍了中山一职提出需要研究人事管理系统背景,阐述该研究项目对改进学校人事管理的意义,详细分析了目前类似项目研究与应用的现状,明确了论文研究的内容和主要工作。在业务分析中,一是对学校人事原有管理中存在的各种问题,学校的组织机构模型,业务人员进行了分析与描述；二是对原有人事实际管理各主要业务流程等进行了仔细分析；三是在原有业务流程分析的基础上优化和改造并给出了改造后的优化业务流程。在功能分析中,一是对各业务人员划分角色；二是通过数据流分析,明确了系统的各模块的物理数据模型；三是给出了系统的总体功能架构和各功能模块的结构,包括招聘管理、合同管理、人事组织管理、培训管理、考勤管理、薪酬社保管理、系统管理等功能模块。在数据分析中,论文对人事管理中涉及到的各功能的所需要处理的实体进行了分析,并设计出了E-R图,以及建立了上述E-R图中各实体的数据库表结构。最后在论文总结与展望中,对本人所做的系统研究与分析各项工作进行了经验总结,并对本系统在下一步的工作进行了展望。
[Abstract]:With the great progress of computer and modern network, information highway project and plan have become an important strategy of national development. The secondary vocational education, on the one hand, bears the nine-year compulsory education profession of the national education system, and on the other hand it has the training of the special technical personnel, so the construction of the modern vocational education system is an important strategy of the national education and the economic development. In this macro-background, the middle-grade school is in the tide of the whole renovation period, and the development of the personnel management system of the middle-grade school has already provided the technical conditions and the necessity of the times. This paper introduces the background of the need to study the personnel management system in Zhongshan, and expounds the significance of the research project to the improvement of the school personnel management. The present situation of the research and application of similar projects is analyzed in detail, and the content and main work of the research are clarified. In the business analysis, one is to analyze and describe the various problems existing in the existing management of the school personnel, the organizational structure model and the business personnel of the school, and the other is to make a careful analysis of the main business processes, such as the existing personnel's actual management; Third, on the basis of the original business process analysis, it is optimized and modified and the optimized business process is given. In the functional analysis, one is to divide the role of each business person; secondly, through the data flow analysis, the physical data model of each module of the system is defined; the third is the overall function structure of the system and the structure of each functional module, including the recruitment management, the contract management, the personnel organization management, Training management, attendance management, compensation and social security management, system management and other functional modules. In the data analysis, the paper analyzes the entities involved in the personnel management, and designs the E-R diagram, and sets up the database table structure of each entity in the above-mentioned E-R diagram. Finally, in the summary and prospect of the paper, the author summarizes the research and analysis of the system, and forecasts the work of the system in the next step.
