从体面劳动走向自由劳动——对中国“劳动”之变的再探讨

【摘要】：人类社会的发展大致经历了从奴役劳动到谋生劳动,再从谋生劳动向体面劳动的转化,最后走向未来的自由劳动。由于社会保障体系不健全、劳动岗位不充分、劳动权利保护不完全、中等劳动收入比例不高等原因,目前的社会主义中国尚处于谋生劳动阶段。与此相对应的是,西方发达资本主义国家则正在走向全面实现体面劳动。面对社会主义初级阶段的谋生劳动,我们需要冷静地分析和面对,更要努力超越谋生劳动,迈向体面劳动,为将来的自由劳动做好充分的准备。虽然发达资本主义已经走向全面实现体面劳动的社会发展时期,但体面劳动的实现还有很长的路要走。体面劳动跟自由劳动不能画等号。我们需要大力发展生产力,不断克服谋生劳动的桎梏,积极迎接未来体面劳动和自由劳动的到来。
[Abstract]:The development of human society has experienced the transformation from enslavement labor to livelihood labor, then from livelihood work to decent work, and finally to free labor in the future. Because of the imperfect social security system, insufficient labor posts, incomplete protection of labor rights and low proportion of middle labor income, socialist China is still in the stage of making a living and working. In contrast, western developed capitalist countries are moving towards full decent work. In the face of the work of making a living in the primary stage of socialism, we need to calmly analyze and face it, and strive to surpass the work of earning a living, move towards decent work, and make full preparations for free work in the future. Although developed capitalism has moved towards a period of social development to achieve decent work in an all-round way, the realization of decent work still has a long way to go. Decent work cannot be equated with free work. We need to vigorously develop productive forces, constantly overcome the shackles of livelihood labor, and actively welcome the coming of decent work and free labor in the future.
