转型中的A公司职工分流安置问题及其对策

随着信息化时代的飞速发展,电子书、手机等电子设备改变了人们的阅读习惯,正在侵吞着传统纸质品印刷的市场,对传统的书刊、商业印刷带来了严重的冲击,使得印刷业务量迅速萎缩,引起行业内恶性竞争,许多印刷公司滑向了亏损的泥潭,纷纷选择转型升级。A公司作为有着80多年历史的国有印刷企业,选择“关停印刷主业、转型物业开发”,面临分流安置员工336人的严峻考验。本文以人力资源管理相关理论为研究基础,通过实际参与A公司转型和人员分流工作,对A公司转型和人员分流现状进行分析并总结出转型工作对A公司人员结构的影响和人员分流工作现存问题,如车间工人和辅助人员占比高就业岗位有限、岗位选择观念落后、新产业发展不足,转岗再就业面临困难等。在分析A公司人员结构、岗位结构、学历结构、年龄结构等人力资源相关信息的基础上推断出人员分流工作问题形成原因。结合马斯洛需要层次理论对分流人员需要进行分析,总结A公司各类分流人员需求的独特性。最后在需求分析的基础上针对A公司人员分流工作提出建立分流人员心理疏导机制、有效的分流激励机制、人员分流科学培训、提高企业技术创新能力、制定应急预案等科学性建议。通过对人力资源管理相关理论和文献进...
