文章摘要：文章利用“2010年中国青年流动人口健康意识调查”数据，对新生代农民工的健康融入状况进行了描述性分析，，并通过有序多分类Logistic回归分析对影响新生代农民工健康融入状况的因素进行了研究。结果发现，21．4％的新生代农民工认为目前的健康状况比离开老家时变好，64．0％的人认为目前的健康状况与离开老家时相比没有变化，14．6％的人认为目前健康状况变差。多因素分析结果表明，男性、平均每天睡眠时间I〉8小时、父母都无疾病的新生代农民工更倾向于健康状况变好；而流动时间为“5～10年”组和“10年及以上”组、压力较大的新生代农民工更倾向于健康状况变差。研究结果表明，新生代农民工健康融入程度较低，相关部门应采取必要的措施以保障新生代农民工的健康状况。

Abstr：Utilizing the data of the 2010 survey on the health awareness of young migrant workers, this article investigates the condition of health integration and its influencing factors of the new-generation migrant workers. Results show that 21.4% of the new-generation migrant workers rate their current health condition being better than that before migration, while 64.0% and 14.. 6% of the population regard their current health status being the same or worse respectively. The multi-variate analyses dem- onstrate that health condition tends to become better among men, among those whose sleeping time is at least 8 hours, and among those whose parents are both healthy, whereas health condition trends to become worse among the young migrant workers whose floating time is 5 years or over, and among those under greater pressure. The degree of health integration of the new-generation migrant workers is quite low, and therefore it is necessary to take actions to promote their health.
