【摘要】：女权问题自产生以来备受西方社会各界人士的关注，而在各种后现代思潮影响下的女权主义发展成为当下为人们所熟知的后女权主义。西方学术界虽对后女权的看法不一，但看似矛盾的后女权主义中蕴含的思想与大众传媒的结合却受到了普遍认同。尤其凭借美国电影风靡世界之契机，一些以女性受众为目标的美国言情电影更是融合了包括后女权主义在内的元素，并取得票房、口碑双丰收的佳绩。 故此，本文从后女权主义的视角，，着力分析美国20世纪90年代至今有代表性言情电影中体现的女性困境，旨在研究并说明美国女性在经历了以女权运动为代表的各种社会变革后的现状。 全文共分为六个章节。第一章为引言，指出本文的研究原因、研究意义、后女权主义和美国言情电影的研究现状、研究方法、创新之处以及论文结构。第二章详细介绍了后女权主义和美国20世纪90年代以来有代表性的言情电影两个方面。首先综述了后女权主义的主要观点、在女性传媒研究中的具体体现以及与女权主义的关系。而后分析了美国20世纪90年代以来言情电影的特点、受欢迎原因以及其中的后女权形象。第三章分别以三部电影为例探讨了电影中体现的三大困境：工作与家庭的两难抉择；单身与恋爱的两难抉择；成熟与青春的两难抉择。第四章通过分析美国经济、社会和政治三方面因素来进一步探索美国有代表性言情电影中女性困境产生的原因。第五章阐述了言情电影中女性的困境给美国社会带来的积极、消极影响。结语部分通过对前文的回顾和反思总结了美国言情电影中体现的女性困境的实质以及现实意义。
