【摘要】:随着我国儿童福利事业的发展,孤残儿童的教育日益成为社会关切的焦点。2010年,全国孤儿总数己超71万人,目前,孤残儿童的养育方式也逐步发展为院舍集中照顾和家庭寄养模式综合进行。南京市社会儿童福利院作为国家二级社会福利事业单位,是科学养育、医疗康复、特殊教育、技能培训、对外交流的前沿,并率先创设寄养儿童家长学校,以保障寄养儿童的受教育水平。因此,在政策转型时期,研究南京市家庭寄养儿童所面临的的教育问题无疑具有典型性和代表性。 不同于以往关注家庭寄养对寄养儿童生理和心理影响的研究,本研究以社会生态系统理论的分析框架探讨寄养儿童学习兴趣的现状,对影响家庭寄养儿童学习兴趣的个人因素、家庭环境因素以及社会环境因素进行详尽的分析,并通过社会工作的小组工作方式加以干预,在此基础上提出合理化的建议,试图厘清家庭寄养儿童学习兴趣培养的一般模式。 本研究采用文献研究法,发现本研究领域的缺陷和小组干预的着眼点;采用行为观察法和深度访谈获得小组干预前后家庭寄养儿童学习兴趣的第一手资料;在确定研究的理论框架和充分搜集资料的基础上,采用小组工作的方法培养家庭寄养儿童的学习兴趣。 研究的结果包括小组的评估和提出改善家庭寄养儿童学习兴趣的策略两个方面。笔者通过对资料的分析和对比发现小组过程氛围轻松、组员相互信任和沟通,并且达成了培养学习兴趣这一目标。在此基础上,笔者提出关注家庭寄养儿童的学校适应,并加强福利院和寄养父母之间的沟通。
[Abstract]:With the development of child welfare in China, the education of disabled children has become the focus of social concern. In 2010, the total number of orphans in China has exceeded 710,000, at present. The rearing style of disabled children is also gradually developed into the integrated mode of intensive care and family foster care. Nanjing Social Children Welfare Institute as a second-level national social welfare institution is scientific nurturing and medical rehabilitation. Special education, skills training, foreign exchanges at the forefront, and take the lead in the creation of foster children parents schools to ensure the education level of foster children. Therefore, in the policy transition period. There is no doubt that the educational problems faced by Nanjing family foster children are typical and representative. Different from the previous studies on the physiological and psychological effects of family foster care on foster children, this study explored the current situation of learning interests of foster children in the framework of social ecosystem theory. The personal factors, family environment factors and social environmental factors affecting the learning interests of children in foster families were analyzed in detail, and the intervention was carried out through the group work mode of social work. On the basis of this, the author puts forward some reasonable suggestions and tries to clarify the general model of learning interest training for foster children in families. This study adopts the literature research method to find the defects in this research field and the focus of group intervention. Behavioral observation and in-depth interviews were used to obtain first-hand information on the learning interests of children in foster families before and after group intervention. On the basis of determining the theoretical framework of the study and collecting sufficient data, the group work method was adopted to cultivate the learning interest of the children in foster families. The results of the study included two aspects: group assessment and strategies to improve the learning interest of foster children. Through the analysis and comparison of the data, the author found that the group process atmosphere was relaxed, the group members trust each other and communicate with each other. On the basis of this, the author proposes to pay attention to the school adaptation of the foster children and strengthen the communication between the welfare home and foster parents.
