【摘要】:本文涉及“双中”群体即年龄在40-55岁之间,处于企业职位分层中间层次的管理者,他们供职于各个行业的核心领域,也在生活中不断转换着自己的角色。从表面上看,她们是社会上的中流砥柱,解决的都是事关员工去留,企业盈利的大事但是在做重大决策的同时她们却又被自己的小情绪所困扰。由于我国情绪传统教育的缺失,“双中”群体并不十分在意自己的情绪,加之情绪管理是由西方概念的舶来品,实际运用的方式方法都过分西化,也并不适用于我国“双中”女性的情绪管理,造成此领域社会工作介入的断层。 笔者希望通过社会工作者的介入“双中”职业女性群体,借助ERG、生态系统、优势视角等理论,利用个案访谈、量化自助等方法观察其每日的变化,再将每个时间点发生的事件整合寻找其规律。通过量化量表我们可以得出相关结论,例如“双中”女性的情绪其实是可以通过一定数据得到预测效果,方便首属群体及同事作为参考和及时回应;“双中”女性可以通过学习处理不良情绪的基本要领,自我“治愈”,有能力让自己比从前快乐,从而调节工作及家庭不必要的矛盾。从调整小我开始,带动家庭、工作的积极改变。
[Abstract]:This paper relates to the "double" group is between the ages of 40-55, enterprises in the post stratification middle level managers, the core areas in various industries they worked, also in life changing their roles. On the surface, they are the mainstay of society, solve is related to employees. But in the event of corporate profits to make major decisions at the same time they are also troubled by their little emotion. Because of our lack of emotion of traditional education, "double" groups are not very concerned about their emotions, and the emotions are managed by the western concept of exotic, methods and practical application way are too westernized, is not suitable for China's "double" in women's emotional management, resulting in social work in this field in fault.
I hope that through the intervention of social workers "double" occupation groups of women, with the help of ERG, the ecological system, the strengths perspective theory, using case interviews, quantitative methods to observe the self daily changes will happen again, each time point of event integration and find its own rules. By quantifying the scale we can draw relevant conclusions, for example the "double" woman's emotions can actually be obtained through certain data prediction effect, convenient primary group and colleagues as reference and respond in a timely manner; "the essentials of double" women can handle negative emotions through learning based, self "cure", has the ability to make yourself happier than before, so as to adjust the contradiction between work and family not necessary. From the beginning to adjust the ego, family, change work actively.
