三元社会结构视角下的中国社会信任状况及其影响因素分析

【摘要】：随着社会转型和经济转轨的不断深入,中国农村社会和城市社会相应地发生了很大变化,中国以往的熟人社会的信任机制也在发生转变。已有不少研究表明,中国社会以人际信任为主,制度信任还有待发展。为细致检验这一观点,本文利用中国社会综合调查(CGSS2010)的统计数据,并结合对河南省Z市的个案访谈,探究当今三元社会结构下,城市居民、城市农民工、农村居民三个群体的社会信任状况及其差异,并分析影响社会信任的主要因素。研究发现,制度信任和人际信任是相关的；主观阶层地位越高,信任水平越高；对群体利益冲突的感知度、社区发展参与度都对信任产生显著影响：户籍制度也影响信任水平；城市居民、农村居民和农民工作为三个不同群体在信任方面存在显著差异。同时,也通过个案访谈资料发现了影响不同群体社会信任的一些因素：人格特质影响信任,但人际交往有助于增进信任；社区外来人口多,居民的信任感较低；城市居民更注重契约或制度保护,农村居民更重视人情、关系,也有理性计算；人际信任和制度信任在社会信任重建中同等重要,同时把制度信任等同于政府信任；农民工的同群效应,降低了对城市居民的信任度；无论城市还是农村居民,几乎不参与社区建设,缺乏社区意识。有过社会欺骗经历的人可能更加不容易相信陌生人。本研究共分为五个部分。第一部分,主要阐述了研究问题的背景,进行选题论证。第二部分,以往相关研究文献进行述评,界定了核心概念。第三部分,介绍本文的具体研究设计。第四部分,主要描述实证研究的处理结果并结合访谈资料,对数据处理的结果进行较为深入的原因分析,针对研究发现的问题,提出相关对策。第五部分,归纳本研究的结论；最后说明本研究的不足之处。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of social transformation and economic transition, great changes have taken place in the rural and urban societies in China, and the trust mechanism of the acquaintance society in the past is also changing. Chinese society is dominated by interpersonal trust and institutional trust is still to be developed. In order to test this viewpoint carefully, this paper makes use of the statistical data of China Social Comprehensive Survey (CGSS 2010), and combines with a case interview in Z City, Henan Province. This paper probes into the social trust situation and its differences among urban residents, urban migrant workers and rural residents under the ternary social structure, and analyzes the main factors that affect social trust. It is found that institutional trust is related to interpersonal trust. The higher the position of subjective stratum, the higher the level of trust, the greater the perception of group conflict of interest and the degree of participation in community development have a significant impact on trust: the household registration system also affects the level of trust; There are significant differences in trust between rural residents and migrant workers as three different groups. At the same time, through case interviews, some factors affecting social trust of different groups are found: personality traits influence trust. However, interpersonal communication helps to enhance trust, the community has a large number of foreign population, the residents have a low sense of trust, urban residents pay more attention to contract or system protection, rural residents pay more attention to human feelings, relationships, and rational calculation; Interpersonal trust and institutional trust are equally important in the reconstruction of social trust. At the same time, institutional trust is equated with government trust. The homogeneity effect of migrant workers reduces the degree of trust to urban residents. People who have had a history of social deception may be less likely to trust strangers. This research is divided into five parts. The first part mainly describes the background of the research issues, topics for argumentation.The second part, the review of previous relevant research literature, defines the core concepts. The fourth part mainly describes the processing results of the empirical research and combines with the interview data to analyze the causes of the data processing results deeply, aiming at the problems found in the research. The fifth part summarizes the conclusions of this study, and finally explains the shortcomings of this study.
