恩施州农民工返乡创业对农村家庭发展能力的影响研究

【摘要】：改革开放以来,我国经济和社会发展迅猛,人们的日常生活质量得到了大幅提升,家庭发展环境产生了翻天覆地的变化。然而无论经济社会如何发展,家庭的生活依托功能不可替代,家庭的社会功能不可替代,家庭的文明作用不可替代,家庭作为人类社会的一个基本单元构成和人们基本的情感归宿的地位始终不会变,家庭对于每个家庭成员的发展,对于人们生活水平的提高乃至国家的兴旺都有着举足轻重的作用。随着国情的变化,农村家庭发展在家庭生产功能、生育功能、社会功能、赡养功能等方面遇到了困难,这些问题主要体现在“留守妇女及儿童”、“孤寡老人”等方面。反映了现在农村家庭发展能力呈下降趋势,这与时代的进步是不符的,如何提升农村家庭发展能力是人们非常关心的,是国家正在大力解决的,国家推行的农村城镇化就是致力于解决这些问题,在城镇化进程中农民工返乡创业起到了非常重要的作用。因此本文讨论农民工返乡创业对家庭发展能力影响是响应时代号召的,是能够指导现阶段农村家庭发展能力提升的。本文的主要研究内容:第一,阐述本文选题的背景及意义,通过梳理归纳国内外相关文献和资料,找准研究方向,确认研究目的,并介绍研究方法、思路及创新点。第二,介绍恩施州农村家庭发展现状,主要从农村家庭收支现状、人口素质现状、社会保障现状,及家庭的抵御风险现状着手。同时对农民工创业的个人情况、行业选择情况、政策扶持情况等进行分析,最后对农村家庭发展遇到的问题进行剖析,提出农村家庭发展在收入水平、发展环境、家庭照顾能力上遇到的问题。第三,通过创业的不同因素研究,找出创业因素对家庭发展能力产生的影响。第四,通过问卷调查采集的数据进行实证分析,分析农民工创业者自身因素及创业行为因素对家庭发展能力建设影响大小;第五,总结研究成果,对存在的问题和如何通过促进创业提高家庭发展能力提出可行性建议。本文通过对农村家庭发展现状和遇到的家庭发展问题的深入了解,在实地调查的基础上得出创业能有效提升家庭发展能力的结论,并且提出促进创业的政策建议,把创业作为恩施州“生态立州、产业兴州、开放活州、依法治州、富民强州”的重要手段,作为改善农村家庭发展能力问题的突破口,希望能切实解决农村家庭发展中存在的问题,提升农村家庭发展能力水平。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's economic and social development is rapid, the quality of people's daily life has been greatly improved, the family development environment has undergone earth-shaking changes.However, no matter how the economic and social development, the family's life support function cannot be replaced, the family's social function cannot be replaced, and the family's civilization function cannot be replaced.The family, as a basic unit of human society and the status of people's basic emotional fate, has never changed, and the family for the development of each family member,For the improvement of people's living standards and even the prosperity of the country has a pivotal role.With the change of national conditions, the development of rural families has encountered difficulties in the aspects of family production function, fertility function, social function, support function and so on. These problems are mainly reflected in the aspects of "women and children left behind", "lonely old people" and so on.This reflects a declining trend in the ability of rural families to develop, which is inconsistent with the progress of the times. People are very concerned about how to improve the ability of rural families to develop, and the country is working hard to solve this problem.The country promotes the rural urbanization is to solve these problems, in the process of urbanization, migrant workers returning home to start a business played a very important role.Therefore, this paper discusses the impact of migrant workers returning home to the ability of family development in response to the call of the times, is able to guide the development of rural families at this stage of the ability to improve.The main research contents of this paper are as follows: first, the background and significance of this thesis are expounded. By combing and summarizing the relevant literature and materials at home and abroad, the research direction is found, the purpose of the research is confirmed, and the research methods, ideas and innovations are introduced.Secondly, it introduces the present situation of rural family development in Enshi prefecture, mainly from the current situation of rural household income and expenditure, population quality, social security, and the present situation of family resisting risks.At the same time, it analyzes the individual situation, industry choice, policy support and so on, finally analyzes the problems encountered in the development of rural families, and points out that the rural family development in income level, development environment,Problems with the ability of family care.Third, through the research of different factors of entrepreneurship, find out the impact of entrepreneurial factors on the ability of family development.Fourth, through the questionnaire survey collected data for empirical analysis, analysis of migrant workers' own factors and entrepreneurial behavior factors on family development capacity building impact; fifth, summary of research results,Put forward some feasible suggestions on the existing problems and how to improve the ability of family development by promoting entrepreneurship.Based on a deep understanding of the current situation of rural family development and the problems encountered in family development, this paper draws the conclusion that entrepreneurship can effectively enhance the ability of family development on the basis of field investigation, and puts forward some policy recommendations to promote entrepreneurship.Regard entrepreneurship as an important means for Enshi "ecological establishment, industrial development, open and living state, governing the state according to law, and enriching the people and strengthening the state", and serve as a breakthrough point for improving the ability of rural families to develop.Hope to solve the problems existing in the development of rural families and improve the ability of rural families.
