我国网络意识形态安全面临的挑战及其对策研究

【摘要】：随着互联网的高速发展,网络渗透到社会的各个行业和领域,给人们的生活交往方式与思维理念带来巨大的变化。互联网的发展,为意识形态的发展提供了新的平台、新的发展环境,网络已经成为意识形态斗争的新阵地。一方面,互联网突破时间和空间的限制,为西方国家进行文化渗透提供了便利条件。另一方面,我国正处于社会转型期,由于利益群体的变化,社会存在一些不可避免的矛盾,网络的出现使政府引导社会舆论的难度不断增大。因而,在互联网时代,如何维护网络意识形态安全具有非常重要的意义。本文共分四大部分:第一部分是绪论,主要介绍了本文的选题背景,国内外研究现状,研究意义和研究方法。第二部分是网络意识形态安全的一般性理论,主要是对意识形态、网络意识形态、网络意识形态安全概念进行了界定;对网络意识形态的特点进行分析;在此基础上,从政府、个体、社会、网络传播等角度探讨了影响网络意识形态安全的因素和机制。第三部分是我国网络意识形态安全面临的挑战及其原因。当前我国网络意识形态存在的问题主要包括:网络媒体的发展使政府的舆论导向作用大大减弱;西方国家借助互联网对我国主流意识形态进行侵蚀;网络思潮削弱着我国的道路自信、理论自信、制度自信,在分析挑战的同时,也深刻探究了出现这些问题的原因。第四部分是维护我国网络意识形态安全的对策。在前文的基础上,主要从五个方面进行了分析:第一,加强网络意识形态安全教育。第二,增强互联网媒体的舆论导向作用。第三,采取多种举措加强互联网的监管。第四,加强人才队伍建设和互联网科学技术投入。第五,以社会主义核心价值体系指导网络意识形态建设。最后,提出了本文的研究结论。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the Internet, the network permeates into the various industries and fields of the society, bringing great changes to people's life communication mode and thinking concept. The development of the Internet provides a new platform for the development of ideology, a new development environment, the network has become a new front of ideological struggle. On the one hand, the Internet breaks through the limitation of time and space, and provides convenient conditions for Western countries to carry out cultural infiltration. On the other hand, our country is in the social transition period, because of the change of interest groups, there are some inevitable contradictions in society, and the appearance of network makes it more and more difficult for the government to guide the public opinion. Therefore, in the Internet era, how to maintain the network ideological security has a very important significance. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction, mainly introduces the background of this topic, the domestic and foreign research status, research significance and research methods. The second part is the general theory of the network ideology security, mainly defines the ideology, the network ideology security concept; carries on the analysis to the network ideology characteristic; on this basis, from the government, This paper discusses the factors and mechanism that influence the network ideology security from the angle of individual, society and network communication. The third part is the challenge and reason of network ideology security in our country. The problems existing in the network ideology of our country include: the development of the network media weakens the guiding function of the public opinion of the government greatly, the western countries use the Internet to erode the mainstream ideology of our country; The network trend of thought weakens our country road self-confidence, the theory self-confidence, the system confidence, in the analysis challenge, also has deeply explored the reason which these problems appear. The fourth part is the countermeasure of maintaining the network ideology security of our country. On the basis of the above, this paper mainly analyzes from five aspects: first, strengthen the network ideological security education. Second, enhance the Internet media's role in guiding public opinion. Third, take a variety of measures to strengthen the supervision of the Internet. Fourth, strengthen the construction of talent force and Internet science and technology investment. Fifth, guide the construction of network ideology with socialist core value system. Finally, the conclusion of this paper is put forward.
