L学校社会工作服务SWOT分析及对策研究

【摘要】:我国幅员辽阔,地区发展水平不均,导致社会工作在各地区也存在着发展的差异性。东南沿海地区发展速度快、机会多、影响力度大;中部地区发展相对延缓,影响力有限;西部地区,以四川震后灾区重建为代表,虽然取得了一些成效,但是对于西部地区的其它省份来说,可以借鉴的经验十分有限。Q省作为西部少数民族聚集区,社会工作发展相对迟缓,许多社会工作实务领域均呈现空白状态。L小学作为Q省首个成立驻校社工站的学校,社会工作服务过程中取得的实践经验是值得分析和借鉴的。笔者通过实习的方式,从社会工作的专业视角出发,选取了学校社会工作者、学校社会工作服务对象、学校社会工作运行机制三个维度,来对L小学学校社会工作整体服务进行剖析。借助SWOT分析方法,分析目前三个维度在发展中存在的优势、劣势、机会、威胁,并提出相应的对策,以此促进L小学学校社会工作更进一步发展。本文一共分为五个部分:第一部分主要为研究方法,研究意义;第二部分为文献概述,在总结目前我国学校社会工作研究现状的基础上,探索Q省地区学校社会工作服务的特性;第三部分着手对L小学学校社会工作的情况进行细致的分析,从学校社会工作者、学校社会工作服务对象以及学校社会工作运行机制三个层面分析L小学社会工作服务所涵盖的内容,以客观的角度梳理了学校社会工作的不足与经验、优势与机会;第四部分针对三个层面的SWOT分析,从政府加强政策引导、完善用人机制。社会工作者提升自身专业素质、拓宽服务对象范围、扩大社会工作影响力。社会工作服务评估建立完善的机制、提供社会工作经验交流平台,整合社会资源的方面提出可行性的建议,更好地推进Q省学校社会工作的进步,真正的帮助到Q省学校社会工作乃至整个社会工作领域的建设;第五部分作为本篇文章的结语,总结归纳全文的论点和研究反思。

Through the way of practice, from the professional perspective of social work, the author chooses three dimensions of social workers in school, the object of social work in school and the operating mechanism of school social work to analyze the overall service of social work in L primary school. The three dimensions are analyzed with the help of the method of analysis. In the development of the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities, threats, and put forward corresponding countermeasures to promote the further development of L primary school social work. This article is divided into five parts: the first part is mainly research methods and research significance; the second part is a summary of the literature, on the basis of summarizing the present situation of the study of social work in China's schools. To explore the characteristics of the social work service of school in Q province; the third part begins with a detailed analysis of the social work in the primary school of L, and analyzes the contents covered by the work service of L primary school social work from the social workers of the school, the service object of the school social work and the operation mechanism of the school social work, and the objective angle is in the objective perspective. This paper has combed the shortage and experience of school social work, advantages and opportunities. The fourth part aims at the three levels of SWOT analysis, from the government to strengthen the policy guidance, improve the employment mechanism. Social workers improve their professional quality, broaden the scope of service objects, expand the impact of social work, and establish a perfect mechanism for the evaluation of social work service. The social work experience exchange platform, the integration of social resources to put forward feasible suggestions, better promote the progress of Q provincial school social work, and really help the construction of social work in Q province and the whole social work field; the fifth part, as the conclusion of this article, summarizes the argument and research reflection of the full text.
