我国科技政策研究中社会调查方法应用的回顾

【摘要】：近年来,社会调查方法在我国科技政策研究中得到广泛应用,但对该方法应用情况进行系统总结和评价的研究尚付阙如。本研究对进入新世纪以来国内相关期刊上公开发表的279篇使用社会调查方法的科技政策研究论文进行了系统回顾,发现社会调查方法在科技政策研究中得到日益广泛的应用,研究目的和统计方法的层次都有明显的提高,抽样方法、测量方法和资料收集方法的使用和呈现规范性水平也在不断提升。但仍存在对抽样代表性重视不足、调查方法呈现的规范性有待提高,以及对基本方法和概念理解不够准确等问题。文章最后还对未来如何提高调查研究方法水平提出了建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the method of social investigation has been widely used in the research of science and technology policy in our country, but the research on the systematic summary and evaluation of the application of this method is still lacking. This study reviews the 279 scientific and technological policy research papers published in the relevant journals of China since the beginning of the new century. It is found that the social survey method has been increasingly widely used in the research of science and technology policy. The level of research purpose and statistical method has been improved obviously, and the standard level of sampling method, measurement method and data collection method has been improved. However, there are still some problems, such as insufficient attention to the representativeness of sampling, standardization of investigation methods, and inaccuracy in understanding basic methods and concepts. Finally, some suggestions are put forward on how to improve the level of investigation and research methods in the future.
