小组社会工作服务农村留守儿童与父母主动沟通研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着农村地区物质生活水平的提高,农村留守儿童的问题越来越得到了社会的广泛关注。父母的外出务工,不能陪伴在孩子的身边,长期分隔两地的生活状态使得农村留守儿童与父母关系疏离,严重的甚至出现关系缺失,而这也影响留守儿童的心理健康成长。首先,本文通过“农村留守儿童与父母主动沟通现状的问卷”在青原区值夏镇农村留守儿童中进行调查,对农村留守儿童主动沟通的需求进行预估。发现农村留守儿童的主动沟通欠缺,且其主要需求表现为:主动沟通意识淡薄、沟通手段单一、沟通时间短、频率低、沟通内容匮乏。其次,在分析了社会工作服务农村留守儿童和父母主动沟通的可行性和必要性的基础上,分析了小组社会工作服务农村留守儿童主动沟通的优势,主要包括:小组的朋辈作用、小组活动内容的进阶性和梯度性、小组过程中的互动性。再者,通过选取农村留守儿童的两个小组案例来分析小组社会工作服务农村留守儿童与父母主动沟通研究。这两个案例分别为“沟通技巧我爱学”——农村留守儿童学习小组和“爸爸妈妈听我说”——农村留守儿童成长小组。最后,结合笔者研究生以来所开展的针对农村留守儿童与父母主动沟通的小组活动,并对此过程进行评估、总结、反思,并指出了本研究的不足之处。本文在了解留守儿童问题及其现状和需求的基础上,以社会工作理念为指导,在研究如何应用社会工作方式、方法促进留守儿童问题的解决,具有一定的实际意义。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the improvement of material living standards in rural areas, the problem of children left behind in rural areas has been paid more and more attention. Parents go out to work, can not accompany in the children's side, long separated from the living conditions of the two places, rural left-behind children and parents relationship alienated, serious or even lack of relations, and this also affects the mental health of left-behind children growth. First of all, through the questionnaire of "the present situation of active communication between rural left-behind children and their parents", this paper investigates the rural left-behind children in Qingyuan District, and forecasts the demand for active communication of rural left-behind children. It is found that the rural left-behind children lack of active communication, and their main needs are: weak awareness of active communication, single means of communication, short communication time, low frequency and lack of communication content. Secondly, on the basis of analyzing the feasibility and necessity of active communication between rural left-behind children and their parents, the paper analyzes the advantages of group social work in rural left-behind children's active communication, including: group peer role. The advanced and gradient content of group activities, the interactivity in the group process. Furthermore, two group cases of rural left-behind children were selected to analyze group social work service rural left-behind children and their parents active communication research. The two cases are "I love to learn communication skills"-rural left-behind children learning group and "Mom and dad listen to me"-rural left-behind children growth group. Finally, combined with the group activities of rural left-behind children and their parents, this paper evaluates, summarizes, reflects and points out the shortcomings of this study. On the basis of understanding the problems of left-behind children and their present situation and needs, this paper, guided by the concept of social work, has a certain practical significance in studying how to apply social work methods and methods to promote the solution of left-behind children's problems.
