信息线索、人际互动对头脑风暴创造性观点产出的影响研究

【摘要】:头脑风暴法自奥斯本提出以来一直是一种应用广泛的创造技法。但是关于头脑风暴法是否真的有效,研究者们众说纷纭,并没有一个一致的结论。本研究着重探讨了信息线索、人际互动对头脑风暴法创造性观点产出的影响,从而探讨其对头脑风暴法有效性的影响。 本研究包含三个实验,三个实验是前后相承,逐渐加入因素的实验。在正式实验前,对创造性思维议题进行检验,证实了其区分度。 实验一探讨三种头脑风暴法的创造性观点产出是否有差异,结果表明:三种头脑风暴法的创造性观点产出存在差异。 实验二探讨有无信息线索以及信息线索的特征(高创造性与低创造性、音频类型与文本类型、强迫呈现方式与自由呈现方式)对个体创造性观点产出的影响。结果表明:信息线索的存在可以促进个体创造性观点产出,高创造性的信息线索比低创造性信息线索更能促进个体创造性观点产出,主要表现在观点流畅性维度;音频类型的信息线索组别产出的创造性观点灵活性要优于文本类型信息线索组别;强迫呈现方式信息线索产出的创造性观点流畅性和灵活性要优于自由呈现方式信息线索组别。 实验三在上述实验研究的基础上,探讨有无人际互动以及人际互动的类型(文本人际互动与语音人际互动)对个体创造性观点产出的影响。研究结果揭示:在高创造性信息线索存在时,人际互动的存在会影响个体产出的创造性观点的流畅性和精细性,在信息线索创造性低时,则没有显著的影响
[Abstract]:Brainstorming has been a widely used creative technique since Osborne proposed it. But researchers are divided over whether brainstorming is really effective, and there is no consistent conclusion. This study focuses on the effects of information cues and interpersonal interactions on the output of brainstorming creative ideas, thus exploring their effects on the effectiveness of brainstorming. An experiment in which factors are gradually added. Before the formal experiment, we tested the creative thinking topic and confirmed its differentiation. Experiment 1 explored whether the three brainstorming methods produced different creative ideas. The results show that there are differences in the output of creative ideas among the three brainstorming methods. Experiment 2 explores whether there are information clues and the characteristics of information cues (high and low creativity, audio type and text type). The influence of forced presentation and free presentation on the output of individual creative viewpoint. The results show that the existence of information cues can promote the output of individual creative views, and the high creative information clues can promote the individual creative opinion output more than the low creative information clues, mainly in the view fluency dimension. The creative viewpoint flexibility of audio type information clue group is better than text type information clue group. The creative viewpoint fluency and flexibility of the output of forced presentation information cues are superior to those of free presentation mode information cues. To explore the influence of interpersonal interaction and the types of interpersonal interaction (text interpersonal interaction and phonetic interpersonal interaction) on the output of individual creative views. The results show that the existence of interpersonal interaction will affect the fluency and fineness of creative ideas when the information cues are highly creative, but have no significant effect when the creativity of information cues is low.
