社会工作对儿童精神分裂症患者的介入研究

【摘要】:本研究以社会支持模式作为实践框架,以增权理论和一般系统理论为理论基础,主要运用社会工作专业的小组工作方法,带领武汉市精神卫生中心10名康复期儿童精神分裂症患者进行了四期的小组活动。小组活动以“社会交往体验”为主题,旨在增加长期住院的康复期儿童精神分裂症患者人际交往体验,以探讨和了解社会支持模式小组的社会工作方法,对康复期儿童精神分裂症患者社会功能恢复的作用和意义。 在资料收集的过程中,笔者发现,武汉市精神卫生中心儿少科康复期精神分裂症患者正处于儿童和青少年阶段,对于游戏和交往有着一定的需求,但长期住院治疗和临床症状使得他们这些需求无从满足,同时该群体面临的主要问题有二:一是否认病情,表现出退缩、回避、自卑等消极行为和态度;二是社交困难,表现出害羞、焦虑等消极情绪。针对上述问题,本研究以小组工作方法为主,设计了娱乐性和反思性兼具的游戏活动;同时在小组活动的前后分与小组成员进行了个别访谈,以比较小组活动前后小组成员情绪、行为和态度的变化。对于结果部分的探讨,笔者整理了大量的一手资料,包括小组成员基本信息、参加小组活动情况记录、工作人员观察记录、护士用住院病人观察量表(NOSIE)、部分患者访谈记录节选等,通过比较发现:首先,小组成员较小组活动之前有了较强的社会交往意愿;其次,,在日常人际交往方面体现出更多的积极性和主动性,康复治疗的积极性也有所提高;另外,小组成员间的互动和支持网络得以建立,成员间关系密切;最后,小组成员通过活动意识到“重要他人”对自己的意义,促使其组外支持系统的建立。
[Abstract]:This research takes the social support model as the practice frame, takes the empowerment theory and the general system theory as the theoretical foundation, mainly uses the social work profession group work method. Led 10 rehabilitation children with schizophrenia in Wuhan Mental Health Center for four stages of group activities. With the theme of "the experience of social interaction", the group aims to increase the interpersonal experience of children with schizophrenia who have been hospitalized for a long time, so as to explore and understand the social work methods of the social support model group. The role and significance of social function recovery in children with schizophrenia during rehabilitation period. In the course of the data collection, the author found that the schizophrenic patients in Wuhan Mental Health Center are in the stage of children and adolescents, and have a certain demand for play and communication. However, long-term hospitalization and clinical symptoms make them unsatisfied with these needs. At the same time, the group faces two main problems: denying their condition, showing negative behaviors and attitudes such as withdrawal, avoidance, inferiority complex, and social difficulties. Show negative emotions such as shyness, anxiety, etc. In order to solve the above problems, the study focused on the group work method, designed both entertaining and reflective game activities, and conducted individual interviews with the group members before and after the group activities. Compare changes in group members' emotions, behaviors, and attitudes before and after group activities. For the results part of the discussion, the author collated a large number of first-hand information, including the basic information of the team members, participation in the group activities record, staff observation records, Nurses used the inpatient observation scale (NOSIEI), excerpts from some patient interview records, and found that: first, the group members had a stronger willingness to socialize than before the group activities; secondly, the group members had a stronger willingness to communicate with each other than before the group activities. Show more enthusiasm and initiative in daily interpersonal communication, improve the enthusiasm of rehabilitation treatment; in addition, the interaction and support network among group members has been established, and the relationship between members is close; finally, Team members recognize the meaning of "important others" to themselves through activities that encourage them to support the system outside the group.
