网络中的仇恨现象研究

【摘要】：2009年6月,联合国秘书长潘基文在由联合国新闻部主办的“网络仇恨”专题研讨会上第一次正式提出“网络仇恨”这一概念,潘基文将网络中的仇恨现象比作“信息高速公路上数条阴暗小巷”。网络仇恨是基于互联网传播的仇恨言论、情绪和思潮,通过表达、鼓动仇恨,制造、扩散仇恨舆论,并在某些情况下推动实现行动已达到预期目的的网络传播行为。本文主要采取定性分析法和个案分析法来对网络仇恨进行全方位的探析。即以定性分析法为主,从宏观层面对仇恨、仇恨文化以及网络仇恨相关的概念进行梳理;同时,从一些网络传播案例中选取有价值的个案进行分析,对网络仇恨的典型特征、具体表现等进行全面、深入的考察和分析,并视定性分析需要,针对性地进行内容分析。全文基本框架如下:第一部分通过对现实社会中的仇恨文化的分析,为网络仇恨概念的界定做铺垫,通过对网络仇恨现象发展过程的梳理等对网络仇恨的概念做出界定。第二部分析网络仇恨的几种表现形式——民族和种族仇恨、政治仇恨、群体仇恨、个体仇恨,并通过新疆7.5事件等案例分析网络仇恨的危害。第三部分从社会不稳定因素、新技术新媒体发展助推、传播主体的分析剖析网络仇恨产生的原因;并针对这些产生原因进行对策研究,提出以下具体应对措施:充分利用和扩展民意表达渠道;加强网络监管力度,正确引导网络舆论;开展媒介素养教育,促使网络舆论朝着健康有序的方向发展,以构建一个和谐纯净的网络环境。
[Abstract]:In June 2009, the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Ban Ki-moon, formally introduced the concept of "cyberhatred" for the first time at a symposium on "Cyber hatred", organized by the United Nations Department of Public Information, Ban Ki-moon likened online hatred to "a few dark alleys on the information superhighway." Internet hatred is a kind of hate speech, emotion and ideological trend based on the Internet, which can express, encourage, create, spread hate public opinion, and in some cases, promote the action to achieve the desired goal of the network communication behavior. This paper mainly adopts qualitative analysis method and case analysis method to analyze the network hatred in all directions. That is to say, qualitative analysis is the main method to comb the concepts of hatred, hate culture and network hatred from the macro level; at the same time, select valuable cases from some network communication cases to analyze the typical characteristics of network hatred. Concrete performance and other comprehensive, in-depth investigation and analysis, and qualitative analysis needs, targeted content analysis. The basic framework of this paper is as follows: in the first part, the concept of network hatred is defined by analyzing the culture of hatred in the real society, laying the groundwork for the definition of the concept of network hatred, combing the development process of the phenomenon of network hatred and so on. The second part analyzes several forms of network hatred-ethnic and racial hatred, political hatred, group hatred, individual hatred, and analyzes the harm of network hatred through the case of Xinjiang 7.5 incident. The third part analyzes the causes of network hatred from the factors of social instability, the development of new technology and new media, and analyzes the causes of network hatred. The following specific countermeasures are put forward: making full use of and expanding public opinion expression channels; strengthening network supervision, correctly guiding network public opinion; carrying out media literacy education to promote the development of network public opinion in a healthy and orderly direction. In order to build a harmonious and pure network environment.
