学术民主与文化的大发展大繁荣——兼论“钱学森之问”

【摘要】：要推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣,必须提倡、保障学术民主。要保证学术民主,必须营造百家争鸣百花齐放的社会氛围,此外,提倡学术民主还须辨别正误和分清主次,坚持马克思主义;必须处理好学术自由和政治纪律的关系,遵守政治纪律;还要讲究方式方法,坚持学术文明的原则。
[Abstract]:To promote the great development and prosperity of socialist culture, we must advocate and guarantee academic democracy. In order to ensure academic democracy, we must create a social atmosphere in which a hundred schools of thought contend and a hundred flowers blossom. In addition, to promote academic democracy, we must distinguish between right and wrong, distinguish priorities, uphold Marxism, and properly handle the relationship between academic freedom and political discipline. Abide by political discipline; pay attention to ways and means; adhere to the principles of academic civilization.
