园艺治疗活动对轻度失智长者的干预研究

【摘要】：随着我国老年人口比重不断增加,失智症作为一种老年常见精神类疾病,失智长者人群比重也在逐年递增。失智长者医疗需求、照护需求等逐步扩大,成为社会广泛关注的议题之一。对失智症的治疗除了传统医学,越来越多的目光关注到辅助医学疗法,园艺治疗越来越多受到瞩目,越来越多的人想要了解并尝试园艺治疗活动,发掘园艺治疗提供的五感刺激,充分利用人与自然的亲密关系,使人在与植物互动的中获得疗愈效益。本研究将对轻度失智长者进行园艺治疗活动干预,研究园艺治疗活动的干预效益。共8位轻中度失智长者参与园艺治疗活动,活动共8次,期待园艺治疗活动对轻中度失智长者有正向效益,并探究了解产生正向效益的原因。本研究针对失智长者使用《长谷川痴呆量表》、改良《园艺治疗评估量表》、《个案访谈记录表》、《小组活动记录表》等工具,比较失智长者参与活动前后测数据,分析显示园艺治疗活动对轻度失智长者在行动力、生理/知觉能力、认知能力以及社会互动能力方面均有显著效益,园艺治疗活动对轻度失智长者产生正向积极的影响,园艺治疗活动方案的设计也符合失智长者的需求和期待,满足针对失智长者开展活动设计的原则。
[Abstract]:With the increasing proportion of the elderly population in our country, as a common mental disease of the elderly, the proportion of the retarded elderly population is increasing year by year. The need for medical care and care for the mentally retarded elderly has gradually expanded, and has become one of the issues of widespread concern. In addition to traditional medicine, more and more attention has been paid to adjuvant medical therapy. Horticultural therapy has attracted more and more attention, and more people want to understand and try horticultural therapy. Explore the five senses of horticultural therapy, make full use of the intimate relationship between man and nature, so that people in the interaction with plants to achieve healing benefits. In this study, the intervention of horticultural therapy in mild retarded elderly was carried out and the effect of horticultural therapy was studied. A total of 8 mild to moderate retarded elders participated in horticultural treatment activities, which were 8 times. It was expected that horticultural treatment activities would have positive benefits for mild to moderate retarded elders, and to explore the reasons for the positive effects. In this study, we used the Hasegawa dementia scale, the improved Horticultural treatment Evaluation scale, the case interview record, and the Group activity record to compare the data before and after the participation of the mentally retarded elderly. The analysis showed that horticultural therapy activities had significant effects on the ability of movement, physiology / perception, cognitive ability and social interaction of mild retarded elders. Horticultural treatment activities had positive effects on mild retarded elders. The design of horticultural treatment program is also in line with the needs and expectations of the mentally retarded elderly, and meets the principles of activity design for the mentally retarded elderly.
