【摘要】：正为深入贯彻落实国务院批复同意的《大别山革命老区振兴发展规划》(以下简称规划)、中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发的《关于加大脱贫攻坚力度支持革命老区开发建设的指导意见》以及《湖北省人民政府关于加快推进湖北大别山革命老区振兴发展的实施意见》等文件精神,应黄冈市委市政府的邀请,省社科联于10月组织省内相关社科专家对黄冈市实施《规划》进展情况开展调研,为黄冈市委、市政府组织实施相关政策提供咨询意见和决策建议。
