和谐社会人的发展的特殊性研究

【摘要】：人的发展问题是一个古老而又时刻被人们所关注和研究的理论课题，近几十年来，这个问题的研究一直是一个热门话题。人的发展与动物的发展不同，从人之生成、人之存在方面体现出的发展性就能看出，人没有停留在已经形成的状态之上，而是不断发展的。马克思人的发展理论阐述了人的发展内涵，人的发展是人的本质的发展。人的发展是一个历史过程，在这个过程中，人的发展与社会发展显然是分不开的，两者是辩证统一的关系。马克思的“社会三形态”理论揭示了不同历史阶段人的发展会呈现不同的特征，为接下来研究和谐社会下人的发展的特殊性提供了研究方向。和谐社会的建设使人的发展取得进步的同时，也产生了许多矛盾和问题，，不利于实现人的全面发展，要想解决这些问题，必然要从马克思人的发展理论出发，分析当前我国人的发展现实状况，从人的发展的四个方面研究了和谐社会人的发展的特殊性，为寻找和谐社会人的发展的现实路径提供了理论依据。和谐社会人的发展的现实路径，主要包括以下方面：一、制度建设为人的发展提供了现实保障。制度建设就是要保障公民的基本权利，完善政府的体制改革，还需合理选择和安排一些其他制度。二、教育是人的全面发展的根本途径。教育是培养人的一种重要手段，教育水平的高低对人的发展水平有巨大影响。三、精神生活的发展是人的发展的主要方向。物质资源的有限性使人转向了更高层次的精神生活追求，精神生活的建设应体现和谐社会发展的优越性和特色。
[Abstract]:The problem of human development is a theoretical subject which has been concerned and studied by people all the time. In recent decades, the research on this issue has been a hot topic. The development of human beings is different from that of animals. From the development of human beings and the existence of human beings, we can see that human beings do not stay in the state of formation, but develop constantly. Marx's theory of human development expounds the connotation of human development, human development is the development of human nature. Human development is a historical process in which human development and social development are inextricably linked, and the two are dialectical and unified. Marx's "three forms of Society" theory reveals different characteristics of human development in different historical stages, which provides a research direction for the study of the particularity of human development in a harmonious society. The construction of a harmonious society has made progress in the development of human beings, but at the same time, many contradictions and problems have arisen, which are not conducive to the overall development of human beings. In order to solve these problems, we must proceed from Marx's theory of human development. This paper analyzes the current situation of human development in China, studies the particularity of human development in harmonious society from four aspects of human development, and provides a theoretical basis for finding the realistic path of human development in harmonious society. The realistic path of human development in a harmonious society mainly includes the following aspects: first, system construction provides a realistic guarantee for human development. System construction is to protect the basic rights of citizens, perfect the system reform of the government, and choose and arrange some other systems reasonably. Second, education is the fundamental approach to the overall development of human beings. Education is an important means of training people, the level of education has a great impact on the level of human development. Third, the development of spiritual life is the main direction of human development. The limitation of material resources makes people turn to the pursuit of higher level spiritual life, and the construction of spiritual life should embody the superiority and characteristics of harmonious society development.
