基于情景危机沟通理论的网络舆情回应研究——以患癌教师被开除事件为例

【摘要】:[目的/意义]社会化媒体时代,网络成为大众参与社会事务的重要渠道,这导致网络舆情高发。为了防止虚假言论的传播,以及加强和民众沟通,各级政府机关应积极回应,化解舆情危机。[方法/过程]研究以危机情景沟通理论为基础,选择患癌教师被开除事件为研究对象,通过内容分析法对组织的回应时机和沟通策略等进行研究,分析博文学院回应网络舆情失败的原因。[结果/结论]组织在网络舆情回应时,需要分析舆情危机的类型,选择与情景适配的回应策略,同时注意回应策略与回应时机的关联。
[Abstract]:In the era of social media, the Internet has become an important channel for the masses to participate in social affairs. In order to prevent the spread of false speech and strengthen communication with the public, government agencies at all levels should respond positively and defuse the crisis of public opinion. [methods] the study was based on the theory of crisis scenario communication, selected cancer teachers' dismissal as the research object, and studied the organization's response time and communication strategy by content analysis method. Analysis of the failure of public opinion in response to the reasons for the failure of Bo Wen College. [results / conclusion] when responding to network public opinion, organizations need to analyze the type of public opinion crisis, choose the appropriate response strategy to the situation, and pay attention to the relationship between the response strategy and the response time at the same time.
