“阳光天使”残障儿童社会融入项目总结书

【摘要】:残疾人占全国人口比重大,据2006年第二次全国残疾人抽样调查数据推算,目前全国各类残疾人的总数为8296万人,残疾人占全国总人口的比例为6.34%。残疾人群除了身体机能无法完全自理外,还产生了性格、行为①、心理上的变化,具体表现在:性格方面自卑、孤僻,在情绪方面敏感、易怒,在行为方面不敢与人主动沟通、害怕直视对方的眼睛、与同学关系较差、学习兴趣低,主动参与活动积极性低等特点。另外,受到传统观念限制,社区对残障儿童认识存在偏颇,对残障儿童的支持较少,社会对残障儿童的接纳尊重包容欠缺。可以说,残疾人群因主观或客观原因未能有效融入社会。 国家和社会虽然采取了各种措施在医疗康复、教育培训以及综合服务方面协助残疾人逐渐融入社会,但是由于自身因素及传统观念的影响,残疾人总体生活水平与全社会平均生活水平差距仍然较大,他们对于社会各种福利政策了解较少,参与度不高,在社会生活中还存在排斥现象,残疾人真正融入社会的任务仍然非常艰巨。本项目突破传统做法,引入专业社会工作手法,通过外部因素影响主观自信心、情绪处理、正向人生观,最终实现主动融入社会的目的。 本文首先从项目背景及街道内10名残障儿童的需求情况提出了项目来源,并提出了项目预设,然后论述了项目采用整合小组工作的手法,预估了项目以期达到的总体目标和具体目标。 接下来,本文重点论述了项目的实施过程,具体包括项目的六期小组活动。“快乐你我”第一期小组活动。通过组员之间的自我介绍、有缘认识你、分享等方式建立小组关系,订立小组契约和阐述对小组的期望①;“烦恼远去”第二期小组活动,针对由于适应性障碍所表现出来的自卑自闭的残疾人,设立游戏环节开展情绪宣泄、支持性表达,让组员减少心理上的压力并建立良好的心态;“特别的我”第三期小组活动,通过手工制作引导组员互相分享自身的优势、劣势,从而更好认识自我,增强动手能力,激励他们互相支持与鼓励;“面对陌生人”第四期小组活动,以角色扮演、PPT展示、游戏的方式使组员认识到陌生人的友好及他人的关爱之情,树立积极的人生观,并更好规划自己的人生;“亲近社会”第五期小组活动。通过外出参加公益活动,激励组员树立走出家门的信心,主动融入社会;“快乐分享”第六期小组活动,通过PPT回顾前期活动,彼此发现印象最深的时刻及大家的变化,及时处理离别情绪。 最后,本文从社工时间分配投入、主观感受、组员及家长反馈四个方面进行了项目评估,肯定了组员的变化与项目目标的实现。同时,项目还在四个方面有所创新,即专业关系建立中的投入、小组结束后的跟进、小组动力的运用、小组过程的及时调整。
[Abstract]:According to the data of the second National sample Survey of disabled Persons in 2006, the total number of disabled people in China is 82.96 million, and the proportion of disabled persons in the total population is 6.34. In addition to being unable to take full care of their physical functions, people with disabilities have also produced personality, behavior, and psychological changes, which are manifested in the inferiority complex of personality, isolation, emotional sensitivity, irritability, and fear of active communication with others in behavior. Fear of looking into the other's eyes, poor relationship with students, low interest in learning, low initiative to participate in activities and other characteristics. In addition, due to the limitations of traditional concepts, the community has a biased understanding of disabled children, less support for disabled children, and lack of social acceptance, respect and tolerance for disabled children. It can be said that people with disabilities can not be effectively integrated into society for subjective or objective reasons. The State and society, while taking various measures to facilitate the progressive integration of persons with disabilities in the areas of medical rehabilitation, education and training, as well as comprehensive services, owing to their own factors and traditional attitudes, The gap between the overall standard of living of persons with disabilities and the average standard of living of the whole society is still large. They know little about social welfare policies, do not have a high degree of participation, and still have a phenomenon of exclusion in social life. The task of truly integrating the disabled into society remains daunting. This project breaks through the traditional method, introduces the professional social work technique, influences the subjective self-confidence, the emotion processing, the positive outlook on life through the external factors, and finally realizes the goal of active integration into the society. This paper first puts forward the source of the project from the background of the project and the needs of the 10 disabled children in the street, and puts forward the project presupposition, and then discusses the method of the project using the integrated group work. The overall goals and targets of the project are estimated. Then, this paper focuses on the implementation process of the project, including the six-stage group activities. Happy you and me the first phase of the group activity. Through the self-introduction among the group members, the chance to know you, share and other ways to establish a group relationship, group contract and express expectations for the group 1; "worry far away" the second phase of the group activities, For the disabled who are inferiority complex and autistic because of the adaptability obstacle, set up the game link to develop the emotion catharsis, support the expression, let the group member reduce the psychological pressure and establish the good mentality; "Special I" the third group activity, The group members can share their strengths and weaknesses with each other by hand making, so that they can better understand themselves, enhance their practical ability, and encourage each other to support and encourage each other. The way of the game enables the members to recognize the friendship of strangers and the caring feelings of others, establish a positive outlook on life, and better plan their own life. By going out to participate in public welfare activities, the team members are encouraged to build up the confidence to go out of their homes and actively integrate into society; "Happy sharing" group activities in the sixth phase, through the PPT review of the early activities, each found the most impressive moment and everyone's changes. Deal with the parting emotion in time. Finally, this paper evaluates the project from four aspects of social worker's time allocation, subjective feeling, team member and parents' feedback, and confirms the change of team member and the realization of project goal. At the same time, the project also has some innovation in four aspects, namely, the input in the establishment of professional relationship, the follow-up after the end of the group, the use of the group motivation, and the timely adjustment of the group process.
