论竞争行为模式引发的社会运行成本

【摘要】：20世纪后期以来,人类受到越来越多的全球性问题的困扰,陷入了一种“全球风险社会”之中。之所以人们在高歌社会进步和文明进化成就的时候会突然发现整个人类都陷入到危机之中,是因为个人以及作为个人扩大形态的组织在社会生活和活动中把成本转嫁给社会。在成本社会化过程中也实现了成本隐形化,并最终由自然界去容纳和消化,其中,最深层的奥秘存在于竞争之中。工业化、城市化过程是人的利益意识觉醒的过程。随着人的利益意识的觉醒,造就了普遍化的竞争行为,进而形成竞争文化,并将竞争活动推广到社会生活和活动的方方面面。竞争使得一切社会生活和活动的成本不断增加;同时,竞争又使得人或组织的社会生活和活动的成本得以转嫁,特别是在人或组织实现了竞争双(多)赢的情况下,就会把成本分配给社会,最终使那些原本不应当承担活动成本的人也承担了一份成本。
[Abstract]:Since the late 20th century, mankind has been beset by more and more global problems and has fallen into a "global risk society". When people sing loudly about the progress of society and the achievements of civilization, they suddenly find that the whole human being is in crisis because individuals and organizations in their expanded form pass on the costs to society in their social life and activities. In the process of cost socialization, the cost is invisible and eventually absorbed and digested by nature. Among them, the deepest mystery lies in competition. The process of industrialization and urbanization is the process of awakening people's interest consciousness. With the awakening of people's interest consciousness, the universal competition behavior is formed, and then the competition culture is formed, and the competition activities are extended to all aspects of social life and activities. Competition increases the cost of all social life and activities; at the same time, it transfers the costs of social life and activities of people or organizations, especially when people or organizations achieve double (multiple) wins. It distributes the cost to the society, and ultimately causes those who should not bear the cost of the activity to bear a share of the cost.
