社会支持在童年期虐待与青少年非自杀性自伤行为关联中的中介作用

【摘要】：目的:探讨青少年童年期虐待与非自杀性自伤的关系,以及社会支持在童年期虐待与非自杀性自伤关联中的中介效应。方法:采用分层整群抽样的方法,选取郑州、贵阳两地的9704名在校城乡初高中学生,采用儿童期虐待问卷(CTQ-SF)、青少年非自杀性自伤行为问卷、青少年社会支持量表(包括主观支持、客观支持、支持利用3个维度)、青少年亚健康多维评定问卷(MSQA)分别测量童年期虐待经历、非自杀性自伤、社会支持水平及心理病理症状。结果:CTQ-SF评分与青少年非自杀性自伤行为问卷得分呈正相关(r=0.20,P0.01),与青少年社会支持量表评分呈负相关(r=-0.22,P0.01);青少年社会支持量表及其各维度评分与青少年非自杀性自伤行为问卷得分呈负相关(均P0.01)。控制户口所在地、自评学习负担、自评学习成绩和心理病理症状的影响后,社会支持在童年期虐待与非自杀性自伤关联中的中介效应占总效应的12.57%,3个维度的中介效应占总效应比例为7.12%~13.85%。结论:社会支持在童年期虐待与非自杀性自伤的关联中存在部分中介效应,良好的社会支持有助于有童年期虐待经历者自伤行为的预防和控制。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between childhood abuse and non-suicide self-injury in adolescents and the intermediary effect of social support in the association between childhood abuse and non-suicide self-injury. Methods: 9704 middle and senior middle school students in Zhengzhou and Guiyang were selected by stratified cluster sampling. The questionnaire of childhood abuse (CTQ-SF) and non-suicidal self-injury behavior questionnaire were used. The adolescents' social support scale (including subjective support, objective support and support use) and the subhealth multidimensional assessment questionnaire (MSQA) were used to measure childhood abuse, non-suicidal self-injury, social support level and psychopathologic symptoms. Results there was a positive correlation between the score of 1: CTQ-SF and the scores of non-suicidal self-injury behavior questionnaire (r = 0.20, P 0.01), and a negative correlation between the score of the scale and the score of social support scale for adolescents (r-0.22, P 0.01), and the scores of social support scale for adolescents and their dimensions were positively correlated with the scores of non-suicidal self-injury behavior of adolescents (r = 0.20, P 0.01). The score of the questionnaire was negatively correlated (all P 0.01). After controlling the location of the household, the burden of self-assessment study, the influence of self-assessment learning achievement and psychopathologic symptoms, The mediating effect of social support in childhood abuse and non-suicidal self-injury accounted for 12.57% of the total effect, and the proportion of the three dimensions was 7.120.13.85. Conclusion: there are some mediating effects of social support in the association between childhood abuse and non-suicidal self-injury. Good social support is helpful to the prevention and control of self-injury behavior of those who have experienced childhood abuse.
