裸身抗争:农民工表演式抗争的图像建构与文化内涵

【摘要】:在视觉文化背景下,图像已经成为社会议题建构、公共舆论生成的主要手段。随着身体的内涵从被动性、动物性向主动性、抗争性转变,"裸身"成为农民工表达利益诉求的一种重要修辞资源。借助媒介的力量,农民工以符号生成、语境重构、隐喻构造的方式完成裸身抗争图像的建构,表征并传递出对受众的视觉劝服。作为新社会运动的一种方式,裸身抗争的深层文化内涵在于以图像的方式进行戏剧性表达与景观制造,并在拓展自身可见性的同时,不断赋予观看者实现可见性的权力,最终指向农民工自身的弱者身份。
[Abstract]:Under the background of visual culture, image has become the main means to construct social issues and generate public opinion. With the change of body connotation from passivity, animality to initiative and resistance, "naked body" has become an important rhetorical resource for peasant workers to express their interests. With the help of the power of the media, migrant workers construct the naked protest images by the means of symbol generation, context reconstruction and metaphorical construction, which represent and convey the visual persuasion to the audience. As a way of the new social movement, the deep cultural connotation of the naked body struggle lies in the dramatic expression and landscape making in the form of images, and at the same time, it endows the viewer with the power to realize the visibility while expanding his own visibility. Finally, it points to the weak status of migrant workers themselves.
