郑州市都市区建设中农民工城市社会适应能力问题研究

【摘要】：我国农民工问题由来已久,随着城市化进程的推进以及工业化速度的加快,导致大量农村剩余劳动力迅速涌入城市。自改革开放以来,我国由农村到城市的人口迁移呈现出迅速扩张的态势,并在不同的阶段呈现出不同的特点,由最开始的单纯经济目的到后来的职业因素,再到身份的认同、角色的转换。郑州市作为中原区最大的都市区以及农民工最为集中的区域,农民工城市适应问题极具代表性,因此,作者选取郑州市为代表,通过调查分析,深入了解目前农民工在城市适应中存在的问题及其原因,试图通过社会学的视角,运用社会学的理论,对农民工城市适应能力进行深入的分析,作者通过对现有农民工城市适应问题的研究,掌握目前农民工城市适应研究的现状,从社会学的视角出发,以郑州市为典例,以中原区为大背景,提出农民工城市适应的三大方面,即经济适应能力、社会适应能力、心理和文化适应能力,文章着重从此三个方面入手,探寻出农民工在此三个面存在的问题及其原因,以社会资本理论、弱关系理论、社会角色等理论为基础,为农民工城市社会适应能力建设提出可供参考的有效的、可操作的意见和对策。随着农民工进城时间越来越长,农民工问题越来越受到政府和专家学者的关注,农民工工资问题、农民工就业问题、农民工住房问题、农民工户籍问题、农民工子女教育问题得到相应的解决,农民工市民化问题被提上议程,而相关的农民工城市融入、城市适应问题成为关注的焦点,在政策越来越宽松,社会环境越来越和谐的情境中,农民工如何自觉提高自身能力亦越发显得重要。因此,作者认为在农民工适应城市生活的过程中,农民工作为适应主体,理应发挥至关重要的作用,要发挥这样的作用,就要求农民工发挥自身的主动性、积极性、创造性,不断提高自身的综合素质,提高自身适应能力,并最终真正的适应城市生活、融入城市生活,成为真正的城市市民。文章第一部分为绪论部分,主要介绍了研究问题的研究背景、研究意义,梳理了相关国内外研究文献以及研究现状,介绍了文章的研究思路及研究中运用到的相关研究方法,此外还包括相关概念界定、概念操作化、文章研究的理论基础等方面的内容。文章第二部分主要是农民工城市适应能力的实证研究,本部分是作者以郑州市为典例,通过问卷调查、实地访谈等方法收集到的相关资料,并通过对资料的统计分析,探寻出农民工城市适应能力存在的问题以及原因,主要包括经济适应能力、社会适应能力、心理和文化适应能力三个方面存在的问题以及原因。文章的最后一部分即对策建议部分。作者通过对收集资料的分析研究,从社会学的理论视角,就如何提高农民工城市适应能力、如何推进农民工城市适应能力建设提出了一些有效的建议,限于作者在学术能力、视野广度、思维深度等方面的不足,作者希望在今后的学习中继续对该问题进行深入探讨。
[Abstract]:The problem of migrant workers in China has a long history. With the advancement of urbanization and the speed of industrialization, a large number of rural surplus labor force into the city. Since the reform and opening up, the migration of our country from rural to city has shown a rapid expansion, and presents different characteristics at different stages, from the beginning to the beginning. Zhengzhou city is the largest urban area in Central Plains and the most concentrated area of migrant workers, and the problem of rural migrant workers' urban adaptation is very representative. Therefore, the author selects Zhengzhou as the representative. Through investigation and analysis, the author deeply understands the present migrant workers in the city. In order to adapt to the existing problems and its reasons, the author tries to make an in-depth analysis of the adaptability of the migrant workers through the sociological perspective and the theory of sociology. Through the study of the existing urban adaptation of migrant workers, the author grasps the present situation of the urban adaptation research of migrant workers, from the perspective of sociology and the city of Zhengzhou as the allusion. Taking the Central Plains as the big background, this paper puts forward three aspects of urban adaptation of migrant workers, namely, economic adaptability, social adaptability, psychological and cultural adaptation. This article focuses on the three aspects of the problems and their reasons for the existence of migrant workers in these three aspects, including the theory of social capital, the theory of weak relations and the social role. On the basis of this, it puts forward the effective and operational suggestions and Countermeasures for the construction of rural migrant workers' urban social adaptability. With the increasing time of migrant workers entering the city, the problem of migrant workers is becoming more and more concerned by the government and experts and scholars, the problem of migrant workers' wages, the employment of migrant workers, the housing problem of migrant workers, the household registration problem of migrant workers. The problem of the education of migrant workers' children has been solved accordingly. The problem of migrant workers' citizenization has been put on the agenda, and the problems of urban adaptation and urban adaptation have become the focus of attention. In the situation of more and more loose policy and more harmonious social environment, migrant workers, such as He Zijue, are becoming more and more important. The author believes that migrant workers should play an important role in adapting to urban life in the process of adapting to urban life. In order to play such a role, they need to play their own initiative, enthusiasm, creativity, improve their comprehensive quality, improve their adaptability, and finally adapt to the urban life. Live, blend into city life, become a real city citizen.
The first part of the article is the introduction part, which mainly introduces the research background and significance of the research, combs the relevant domestic and foreign research literature and the research status, introduces the research ideas and the related research methods used in the research, and also includes the definition of related concepts, concept operationalized, the theoretical foundation of the article research, etc. Content.
The second part of the article is mainly an empirical study on the adaptability of rural migrant workers. In this part, the author takes the Zhengzhou city as an example to collect relevant information through questionnaires and field interviews. Through the statistical analysis of the data, the author explores the problems and reasons for the urban adaptation ability of migrant workers, mainly including economic adaptation. Problems and reasons in three aspects: ability, social adaptability, psychological and cultural adaptability.
The last part of the article is the countermeasure and suggestion part. Through the analysis and study of the collected data, the author has put forward some effective suggestions on how to improve the urban adaptability of migrant workers and how to promote the construction of urban adaptability of migrant workers from the perspective of sociological theory, which is limited to the academic ability, the scope of vision, and the depth of thinking. The author hopes to further explore the problem in the future study.
