血友病患儿母亲抗逆力提升研究

【摘要】：随着科技的发展和社会的进步,罕见病群体逐渐走入人们的视野。血友病作为罕见病的一种,也渐渐引起人们的关注。血友病家庭不但要长期与病魔做战斗,还要承受经济、心理上的多重负担。而血友病患儿母亲作为其直接照顾者,同时也是基因携带者,背负了更多的压力,急需社会的关注和帮扶。长期的困难对患儿母亲应对逆境和挫折的能力提出了很高的要求,但大多数情况下患儿母亲的抗逆力水平不足以应付其生活困境。社会工作在助人上的先天优势使其成为帮助患儿母亲提升抗逆力水平的绝佳选择。本文以贵州省10位血友病患儿母亲作为研究对象,采用深度访谈法对其进行了资料收集,并针对患儿母亲面临的逆境、其抗逆力表现形式、保护因素等,对访谈资料进行了归纳整理。同时,社会工作者在资料分析的基础上,运用小组工作的方法,对患儿母亲进行介入,通过游戏、培训、影视鉴赏、交流分享等形式开展了6次小组活动,旨在增强其保护因素,提升其抗逆力水平。服务效果评估证明,小组工作介入血友病患儿母亲,对提升其抗逆力水平、改善其生活质量有一定效果。此外,笔者还对小组工作的实务过程进行了反思和经验总结,对研究存在的问题和局限进行了探讨。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology and the progress of society, the group of rare diseases has gradually entered people's field of vision. Hemophilia, as a rare disease, has gradually attracted people's attention. Hemophilia families not only fight the disease for a long time, but also bear the economic and psychological burden. The mother of hemophilia as its direct caregivers, but also gene carriers, carrying more pressure, the urgent need for social attention and help. The long-term difficulties require the mothers to cope with adversity and frustration, but in most cases, the mothers' resilience is not enough to cope with the plight of their lives. The innate advantage of social work in helping people makes it an excellent choice to help mothers improve their resilience. In this paper, 10 mothers of hemophilia in Guizhou province were used to collect the data by using the method of in-depth interview, and the forms of resistance, protective factors and so on were analyzed in the light of the adversity faced by the mothers of the children. The interview materials are summarized and sorted out. At the same time, on the basis of the analysis of the data, social workers conducted six group activities in the form of games, training, film and television appreciation, exchange and sharing, using the method of group work. The aim is to enhance its protective factors and enhance its resistance level. The evaluation of service effectiveness showed that the intervention of group work on hemophilia mothers had certain effect on improving their resistance to adverse forces and improving their quality of life. In addition, the author also reflects on and summarizes the practical process of the group work, and probes into the problems and limitations of the study.
