信息通信技术发展对人际交往方式的影响研究

【摘要】：自人类社会产生以来,为了自身的生存与延续,人际间的交往活动就从未间断过。而为了更好地进行物质和精神的交往,人们不断通过技术的创新和发展,使人际间的交往方式不断得到进一步地完善。尤其是现代信息通信技术产生以后,随着该领域技术的不断发展与进步,人际间的交往方式也变得更加的频繁和多元化,地球越来越来成为一个不分地点、紧密联系的“村落”。国际电信联盟(ITU)对“通信”所下定义为:根据公认的约定进行的信息传递。其包含两个组成部分:一是邮政,即通过信函、包裹等实物传送实现信息的传递;二是电信,即通过电或电磁信号实现信息的传递。信息通信技术发展的历史非常短暂,自电话电报发明至今,只有短短的一百多年历史。但是该领域每一次技术的革新与进步都会对人际间的交往方式产生重大的影响。随着数字通信、光纤通信、移动通信和互联网等现代通信技术的相继出现,这些技术的发展更是使人们的生产生活发生了翻天覆地的变化,特别是使人际间的交往方式发生了一次又一次的重大变革,由此也对人类社会带来了深远的影响。人际间的交往从狭义上来讲,是个人与个人之间的信息和物质交换活动,也就是由两个独立地个体系统相互连接而组成的新信息交换系统。从广义上来讲,它不仅应当包括两个人的精神性交往,同时也应该存在着广泛的物质性交往以及其它方式的交往。由于信息通信技术的不断进步和发展,人际交往的渠道不断被拓宽,文本符号不断变得多元化,而且信息传输的速度也在不断地加快,传输的范围也在不断地扩大,因而人际间的交往方式也随之发生了相应的改变。本文通过使用文献研究法和文本分析法,对信息通信技术发展的历史和人际间交往方式发展变化的历程进行系统地梳理,寻找出两者之间互相对应和互相影响的关系,梳理和展现这种影响和发展变化的具体历程及各个方面。通过研究信息通信技术的发展变化对人际间交往方式产生何种影响,以及技术的变革对其影响的不同方面和维度,探讨出其对人际交往所产生的作用,寻找出隐藏在其背后的规律,并在人际交往方式影响的研究基础之上,探究人际交往方式如何对人际间交往规则和人际关系产生影响,以及人际间交往规则是如何随着人际交往方式产生新的变化,并且对人际关系产生作用和影响的,最后对如何更好地构建人际关系进行深入地探讨。通过系统的研究信息通信技术对人际交往方式的影响及规律,本文得出如下结论:通过技术的不断进步,使得人际间交往的范围不断得到扩大,交往的速度不断加快、频率不断变高,文本更加的多元化和复合化,每一种旧有技术的弊端也将会被新技术所带来的便利所打破;而在这些表象的背后,更为重要是人际间的交往规则以及人际间交往的价值观,也在随着技术的不断变化和社会的不断变迁产生不同方面的变化。这些影响和变化对人际关系也产生了重要影响,也使人际关系的建立和维持产生了变化,使人际关系和人际间的交往更加的复杂,不仅有利于对传统的人际间关系的发展和保持,同时技术的进步也更加有利于人们建立起与陌生人之间的关系。而在社会变迁以及文化变化的大背景下,人们的价值观也在产生着不同层面的变化,个人通信应用中所新增的财务性质的功能,使以前人际间局部性质的物质性交往变成了一种普遍化现象,而这样的技术特性必然也会在为人们带来便利的同时产生有害的影响。尽管技术的进步永远是一把双刃剑,但是技术所带来有利之处必然比其弊端要更大,正是因为如此,信息通信技术的不断进步,也使个人的人际交往能力不断得到增强,使人性得到不断的解放。而这正是技术不断得到发展的目的,未来的技术会使我们变成更加自由的人。
[Abstract]:Since the birth of human society, in order to survive and continue, interpersonal communication has never been interrupted. In order to better engage in material and spiritual exchanges, people continue to improve their interpersonal communication through technological innovation and development, especially after the emergence of modern information and communication technology. With the development and progress of technology in this field, interpersonal communication has become more frequent and diversified. The earth is increasingly becoming a "village" which is closely linked. The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) defines the "communication" as: information transmission according to recognized conventions. It contains two components. The first is the post, that is, the transmission of information through the communication of letters and parcels; two is telecommunications, that is, the transmission of information through electric or electromagnetic signals. The history of the development of information and communication technology is very short. Since the invention of telegraph telegram, only more than 100 years have been made, but the innovation and progress of each technology in this field is all With the emergence of modern communication technologies, such as digital communications, optical communication, mobile communications and the Internet, the development of these technologies has made the people's production and life greatly changed, especially the major changes in the way of interpersonal communication. It also has a profound influence on human society. Interpersonal communication, in a narrow sense, is the information and material exchange between individuals and individuals, that is, a new information exchange system composed of two independent individual systems. In a broad sense, it should not only include the mental communication of two people, At the same time, there should be a wide range of material communication and other ways of communication. Because of the continuous progress and development of information and communication technology, the channels of interpersonal communication have been widened, the text symbols are constantly diversified, and the speed of information transmission is constantly accelerating and the range of transmission is constantly expanding, so that the interpersonal communication is constantly expanding. Through the use of literature research and text analysis, this paper systematically combs the history of the development of information and communication technology and the course of the development and change of interpersonal communication mode, finds out the relationship between the two and each other, and combs and displays the influence and development. Through the study of the influence of the development and change of information and communication technology on the interpersonal communication mode, and the different aspects and dimensions of the influence of the technological change, the effect of the changes on the interpersonal communication is explored, the laws hidden behind it and the influence of the interpersonal communication are explored. On the basis of the research, it explores how interpersonal communication affects interpersonal communication rules and interpersonal relationships, and how the rules of interpersonal communication produce new changes along with interpersonal communication, and have an impact on interpersonal relationships. Finally, how to better construct interpersonal relationships is discussed in depth. The following conclusions are drawn as follows: through the continuous progress of technology, the scope of interpersonal communication is expanding, the speed of communication is increasing, the frequency is increasing, the text is more diversified and compounded, and the disadvantages of each kind of old technology will also be used. The convenience brought by the new technology is broken, and behind these images, it is more important that the rules of interpersonal communication and the values of interpersonal communication have changed with the constant change of technology and the change of society. These influences and changes have important influence on the interpersonal relationship, and also the interpersonal relationship.
