【摘要】：正1.区分有关和无关的能力。在企业中,很多员工都缺少判断有关和无关的能力,花大量的时间在不重要的事情上,而重要的事情却放在那边迟迟没有进度。时间管理里面有一个概念就是排列优先级,当你把所有要做的事情都列出来以后,决定哪个先做、哪个后做的能力,是影响工作效率的关键。如果你希望有更多的时间和精力投入重要的事情上,就必须减少花在不重要事情上的时间。记住:那些对目标有促进作用的工作才是重要的。
