不同养老模式下老年人生活质量及卫生服务需求

【摘要】：目的了解3种不同养老模式下老年人的生活质量和卫生服务需求状况。方法采用中文版简明健康调查问卷(SF-36)和自行编制的卫生服务需求量表,抽取宁夏固原市城区家庭、机构、社区养老的老年人,对其生活质量及卫生服务需求进行调查。结果不同养老模式中老年人的生活质量和卫生需求存在差异性,不同养老模式老年人的生活质量和卫生需求呈负相关。结论不同养老方式下老年人生活质量和卫生服务需求不同,应按老年人养老方式的不同有针对性地提供卫生服务,提高其生活质量。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the quality of life and health service demand of the elderly under three different pension models. Methods the Chinese health survey questionnaire (SF-36) and the self-designed health service demand scale were used to investigate the quality of life and health service demand of the elderly in Guyuan city of Ningxia. Results there were differences in the quality of life and the health needs of the elderly in different old-age care models, while there was a negative correlation between the quality of life and the health needs of the elderly in different pension models. Conclusion the quality of life and the demand for health services are different in different old-age care styles, so it is necessary to provide health services according to the different old-age care styles and to improve their quality of life.
