厦门市社区社会工作发展现状及其影响因素分析

【摘要】:本研究旨在通过对社区进行问卷调查来了解厦门市社区社会工作的发展现状,并运用相关分析来探讨影响厦门市社区社会工作发展的因素,进而有针对地为促进厦门市社区社会工作发展提出建议,以供参考和借鉴。 经过研究,本文得出以下结论: 第一,目前,厦门市社区社会工作发展总体处于第三个阶段即初步发展阶段,主要是在现有社区管理体制内走社区与社工机构、高校协作发展的道路,具有社区社会工作者整体文化素质较高、专业服务领域比较完善等优势;但也存在专业社会工作者数量太少、社区兼职专职社会工作者接受的专业教育培训太少、社区专职社工岗位设置不合理、社会工作服务专业化总体水平以及居民对社会工作服务的认同度不高等问题。 第二,除了现有社区管理体制因素外,影响厦门市社区社会工作发展的其它因素主要有:专业社会工作者数量太少、社区兼职专职社工专业性不强、专业社工机构数量太少、专职社工岗位设置不合理、有关政策制度不完善、社会支持力量薄弱等。 要促进厦门市社区社会工作快速发展,需要扩大专业社会工作者队伍力量、对社区兼职专职社会工作者进行更多的专业教育培训、合理增设社区专职社工岗位、完善社会工作的有关政策制度以及充分挖掘利用社会支持资源。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is to investigate the current situation of community social work in Xiamen through a questionnaire survey, and to explore the factors that affect the development of community social work in Xiamen by using relevant analysis. Then some suggestions are put forward to promote the development of community social work in Xiamen for reference and reference. First, the development of community social work in Xiamen is in the third stage, the initial development stage, mainly in the existing community management system to walk the community and social work organizations, the first part of this paper is the following conclusions: firstly, the development of community social work in Xiamen is in the third stage, which is the initial stage, mainly in the existing community management system. The road of cooperative development in colleges and universities has the advantages of high overall cultural quality of community social workers and relatively perfect professional service field, but there are still too few professional social workers. Community part-time full-time social workers receive too few professional education and training, community full-time social work posts are unreasonable, the overall level of specialization of social work services and residents of the social work service recognition degree is not high. Second, in addition to the existing community management system factors, other factors that affect the development of community social work in Xiamen are: the number of professional social workers is too small, the number of community part-time full-time social workers is not strong, and the number of professional social work institutions is too small. The establishment of full-time social work post is unreasonable, the relevant policy system is not perfect, the social support force is weak and so on. In order to promote the rapid development of community social work in Xiamen, it is necessary to expand the strength of the contingent of professional social workers, conduct more professional education and training for part-time full-time social workers in the community, and rationally increase the number of full-time social workers in the community. Improve the relevant policy system of social work and fully tap and utilize social support resources.
