社会支持网络视角下个案工作在自闭症儿童社交行为改善中的运用研究

【摘要】:自闭症儿童社交行为的改善至今仍是世界各国普遍关注的问题,伴随我国自闭症儿童数量的不断增长,社会各界对自闭症儿童面临的处境越发关注。目前,我国各地的特殊儿童康复中心,已开展了一系列针对自闭症儿童社交行为改善的康复训练,然而,相关训练过程中普遍存在特教老师与自闭症儿童家庭间链接薄弱甚至链接缺失的现象,致使自闭症儿童在专业特教机构中获得的改善,在离开特教机构回归家庭时出现断层,从而造成自闭症儿童社交行为改善普遍存在成效不明显、训练成果遇瓶颈等问题,如何更好地促进自闭症儿童社交行为的改善是我们当前亟待解决的问题。本研究旨在更好地提升自闭症儿童社交行为改善的效果,研究创新之处在于笔者从社会支持网络视野出发,在社会工作实务基础上,对个案社会工作在改善自闭症儿童社交行为的介入方式、过程、效果进行了探索。笔者以贵州省XX特殊儿童康复中心的一名自闭症儿童小L为个案对象,开展了近两个月的个案介入与服务。在社会支持网络视角下,笔者采用文献查阅法、半结构访谈法、参与式观察法收集相关数据资料,通过构筑自闭症儿童家庭与特教老师间的互助支持网络,在自闭症儿童康复训练环境中,介入双方支持网络面临的各种问题与挑战,巩固完善双方互助支持网络,创造有利于自闭症儿童社交行为训练的外部支持环境,以进一步巩固和提升自闭症儿童社交行为改善的效果。研究结果表明:一、以社会支持网络理论为指导,在自闭症儿童社交行为康复训练环境中,通过构筑自闭症儿童家庭及特教老师间的互助支持网络,进而促进自闭症儿童社交行为改善的探索,具有一定的可行性,一定程度上取得了预期的效果,自闭症儿童小L的相关社交行为得到不同程度改善;二、运用社会支持网络理论促进自闭症儿童社交行为改善的社工介入服务存在一定的不足,即介入服务周期短,改善效果不明显且服务介入的深度有待进一步提高。
[Abstract]:The improvement of social behavior of autistic children is still a common concern all over the world. With the increasing number of autistic children in China, all walks of life pay more and more attention to the situation faced by autistic children. At present, rehabilitation centres for special children in various parts of our country have conducted a series of rehabilitation training aimed at improving the social behavior of children with autism. However, The phenomenon of weak or even missing links between special education teachers and families of autistic children in the relevant training process leads to the improvement of professional special education institutions for autistic children and a fault when they leave special education institutions to return to their families. As a result, the improvement of social behavior of autistic children is not obvious, training results meet with bottlenecks, how to better promote the improvement of social behavior of autistic children is an urgent problem we need to solve. The purpose of this study is to improve the social behavior of autistic children. The innovation of the research is based on the social work practice. This paper probes into the intervention, process and effect of individual social work in improving the social behavior of autistic children. The author took small L of autistic children in XX Special Children Rehabilitation Center of Guizhou Province as the case object and carried out case intervention and service for nearly two months. From the perspective of social support network, the author uses literature review, semi-structured interview and participatory observation to collect relevant data, and constructs a mutual support network between families of autistic children and special teachers. In the rehabilitation training environment for autistic children, interventional support network faces various problems and challenges, consolidate and perfect mutual support network, and create an external support environment conducive to social behavior training for autistic children. To further consolidate and improve the social behavior of autistic children. The results show that: first, under the guidance of social support network theory, in the social behavior rehabilitation training environment for autistic children, we build a mutual support network between families and special teachers of autistic children. And then promote the exploration of improving the social behavior of autistic children, has certain feasibility, to a certain extent has achieved the expected results, autistic children small L related social behavior has been improved to varying degrees; second, There are some shortcomings in the social work intervention service which uses the social support network theory to improve the social behavior of autistic children, that is, the period of intervention service is short, the effect of improvement is not obvious and the depth of service intervention needs to be further improved.
