公民网络抗争动员:从概念建构到关联性议题反思

【摘要】：网络抗争性政治研究已成为备受学界关注的重要议题。"公民网络抗争动员"这一概念是基于既有研究概念的不足而提出的,希望能够统合不同形态的抗争行动,打破虚拟与现实社会抗争行动的僵化对立,提供一个更加全面、立体和丰富的解释性框架。对于公民网络抗争动员的研究,还需聚焦关联性议题尤其是要对线上线下抗争行动转换、网络抗争形塑下的国家—市场—社会的内在关系、公民网络抗争动员与政府之间的博弈互动以及网络协同性治理等议题作出理性分析和反思,不断拓展网络抗争性政治研究的题域,以新的理论工具建构来寻求网络治理之道。
[Abstract]:The network protest politics research has become the important topic which the academic circles pays close attention to. " The concept of "civil network protest mobilization" is put forward based on the deficiency of existing research concepts. It is hoped that the concept can integrate different forms of protest actions, break the rigid opposition between virtual and realistic social protest actions, and provide a more comprehensive one. Solid and rich explanatory framework. For the research of citizens' network protest mobilization, we also need to focus on the issue of relevance, especially on the internal relationship between the online and offline protest actions, the state-market society shaped by the network resistance. This paper makes rational analysis and reflection on the game interaction between citizens' network protest mobilization and government and network cooperative governance, expands the research domain of network resistance politics, and seeks the way of network governance with new theoretical tools.
