社会网络对大学教师创业意向影响研究

【摘要】:近年来,在政府鼓励科技人才创业创新的背景下,有关学术创业问题的研究受到了学者们越来越多的关注。然而,长期以来我国一直存在着高校科研成果与社会经济发展脱节的现象,许多有着良好应用前景的科研成果并没有有效转化为生产力。推动大学教师外出创业成为政府部门持续关注的热点之一。有许多研究证明了创业意向对创业行为的直接预测作用,而在对创业意向的研究中,有关社会网络的研究逐渐引起了学者们的关注。现有研究虽然强调了社会网络对创业意向有重要作用,但也存在着一些问题:首先,现有研究多数都是以大学生为研究对象,很少有研究大学教师的;其次,现有研究对社会网络的维度划分多数是基于网络结构特征,很少有基于不同的联系主体的社会网络研究;此外对于两者间作用机制的实证研究较为匮乏。基于以上原因,本文从网络联系主体的视角切入,研究不同类型社会网络对大学教师创业意向的影响,同时探讨创业态度在两者间的中介机制。本研究在回顾了学术创业、社会网络、创业态度及创业意向的相关理论基础上,提出了本文的研究模型和研究假设;然后参考国外研究建立了测量量表,并利用探索性因子分析对量表题项进行筛选、形成最终的问卷;接着通过对南京地区高校的218名教师进行问卷调查,并使用SPSS18.0和AM0S17.0对问卷数据进行实证分析,得出如下结论:(1)社会网络的不同维度个体网络、政府支持性网络及商业性网络均对大学教师的创业意向有着显著的正向影响。(2)创业态度在社会网络的不同维度个体网络、政府支持性网络及商业性网络对大学教师创业意向的影响中起中介作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, scholars pay more and more attention to the research of academic entrepreneurship under the background of encouraging the innovation of science and technology talents. However, for a long time, there has been a phenomenon that the scientific research achievements of colleges and universities are out of step with the development of social economy, and many scientific research achievements with good application prospects have not been effectively transformed into productive forces. Promoting university teachers to go out to start a business has become one of the hotspots that the government continues to pay attention to. Many studies have proved the direct predictive effect of entrepreneurial intention on entrepreneurial behavior, but in the study of entrepreneurial intention, the research on social network has gradually attracted the attention of scholars. While the existing studies emphasize the important role of social networks in entrepreneurial intentions, there are also some problems: first, most of the existing studies focus on university students, and few research university teachers; secondly, Most of the existing researches on the dimension division of social networks are based on the characteristics of network structure, and there are few studies on social networks based on different connecting agents. In addition, there are few empirical studies on the mechanism of interaction between the two. Based on the above reasons, this paper studies the influence of different types of social networks on college teachers' entrepreneurial intention from the perspective of network connection subject, and probes into the intermediary mechanism of entrepreneurial attitude between them. On the basis of reviewing the relevant theories of academic entrepreneurship, social network, entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial intention, this study puts forward the research model and research hypotheses of this paper, and then establishes a measurement scale with reference to foreign studies. Using exploratory factor analysis to screen the items of the scale to form the final questionnaire, and then through the questionnaire survey of 218 teachers in Nanjing, and use SPSS18.0 and AM0S17.0 to analyze the questionnaire data empirically. The conclusions are as follows: (1) individual networks of different dimensions of social networks, government-supported networks and commercial networks have significant positive effects on university teachers' entrepreneurial intentions. (2) Entrepreneurship attitude has significant positive effects on individual networks in different dimensions of social networks. Government-supported networks and commercial networks play an intermediary role in the influence of university teachers' entrepreneurial intention.
