中国人人情观的探索与研究

【摘要】:中国是一个人情社会,人情是以各种感情为基础,具有社会交往规范功能的社会情感,人情观是指主体从自身的需要出发,在成长过程中逐渐形成的对待人情的态度和看法。人情影响着人们的交往与社会行为,因此人情研究具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。目前对人情的实证研究较少,系统对中国人人情特点的调查更是几乎空白,本研究的目的就是编制出符合中国人人情特点的问卷并进行实际调查,了解中国人人情的特点。 本研究在文献综述的基础上,采用开放式问卷对200多位学生利社会人十进行了调查,并对不同职业人员进行了深入访谈,在此基础上初步构建了人情观的心理结构,形成中国人人情观的初测问卷,共有81道题。对497份有效问卷的探索性因素分析后形成再测问卷,包含互惠性、淡薄性、功能性、文化性、实践性与社会性六个维度。对985名被试进行调查,经第二次探索性因素分析最终形成人情观的正式问卷,共有6个维度、23道题目。并运用结构方程模型对中国人人情观问卷的理论构想予以验证,并且从人口统计学角度分析了中国人人情特点。 结果表明: (1)中国人的人情观呈现多维度的结构,包含六个维度,即互惠性、淡薄性、文化性、社会性、实践性与功能性。 (2)在构想的心理结构维度基础上形成的的中国人人情观问卷具有良好的信度与效度,问卷的内容效度、构想效度均较好,达到了心理测量学的要求,可以作为测量中国人人情特点的适宜工具。 (3)对985名不同群体进行调查,结果发现人口学变量在一些维度上有显著性差异。在年龄、不同受教育程度和不同职业之间被试得分存在着显著差异,在功能性和文化性两个维度上,27岁及以上年龄组得分都显著高于21岁及以下年龄组,在文化性上,22岁至26岁年龄组的得分显著高于21岁及以下年龄组的得分。在受教育程度和职业性质两个变量上,被试在各个维度上的得分差异较大,存在显著差异。中国人的人情观不存在性别、居住地等差异,对于这些现象有待于进一步的探讨和研究。
[Abstract]:China is a society of human feelings, and human feelings are social emotions with the function of norms of social communication based on various emotions. The view of human feelings refers to the attitude and views on human feelings gradually formed by the subject in the process of growing up from his own needs. Human feelings affect people's communication and social behavior, so the study of human feelings has important theoretical value and practical significance. At present, there are few empirical studies on human feelings, and the systematic investigation of the characteristics of Chinese human feelings is almost blank. The purpose of this study is to compile a questionnaire that conforms to the characteristics of Chinese human feelings and conduct a practical investigation to understand the characteristics of Chinese human feelings. On the basis of literature review, this study investigated more than 200 students with social benefits by using an open questionnaire, and conducted in-depth interviews with different professionals. On this basis, the psychological structure of the concept of human feelings was preliminarily constructed. There are 81 questions in the initial questionnaire to form the Chinese view of human feelings. Based on the exploratory factor analysis of 497 valid questionnaires, a re-test questionnaire was formed, which included six dimensions: reciprocity, thinness, functionality, culture, practicality and sociality. Through the second exploratory factor analysis, 985 subjects were investigated and a formal questionnaire with a view to human feelings was formed. There were 23 questions in 6 dimensions. The structure equation model is used to verify the theoretical conception of the questionnaire of Chinese human feelings, and the characteristics of Chinese human feelings are analyzed from the point of view of demographics. The results show that: (1) the Chinese view of human feelings presents a multi-dimensional structure, including six dimensions, namely, reciprocity, thinness, culture, and sociality. Practical and functional. (2) the Chinese human feeling questionnaire based on the psychological structure dimension of conception has good reliability and validity, and the content validity and conception validity of the questionnaire are good. It can be used as a suitable tool to measure the human characteristics of Chinese people. (3) 985 different population groups were investigated and the demographic variables were found to have significant differences in some dimensions. There were significant differences in the scores of the subjects between age, education level and occupation. The scores of 27 years old and over age group were significantly higher than those of 21 and below age group in the functional and cultural dimensions. In terms of culture, the scores of the 22-26 age group were significantly higher than those of the 21-year-old group. There were significant differences in the scores of each dimension between the two variables: education level and vocational nature. There are no differences of gender, residence and so on in the view of human feelings in China, and these phenomena need to be further explored and studied.
