市场化、全球化与网络化——当代中国社会组织变迁的影响机制及内在逻辑

【摘要】：对于中国社会组织的历史演变而言,国家与社会关系无疑是最为根本的形塑机制。但自进入21世纪以来,一系列新机制开始兴起,使得社会组织的结构形态、行动机制乃至精神气质发生了显著变化,市场化、全球化和网络化机制便是其中之荦荦大端者。在它们特殊的作用机理下,社会组织生发出更为多样化的形态,发挥了更为多元化的功能,承载了更为重要的时代使命,也因此焕发出更旺盛的生命力,并凭借结构性力量的提升在与国家的互动中处于越来越有利的地位。
[Abstract]:For the historical evolution of Chinese social organizations, the state-social relationship is undoubtedly the most fundamental shaping mechanism. However, since entering the 21st century, a series of new mechanisms have begun to rise, which has made the structure, action mechanism and even spiritual temperament of social organizations change significantly. The marketization, globalization and networking mechanism are among the most important among them. Under their special mechanism of action, social organizations have developed a more diversified form, played a more diversified function, carried a more important mission of the times, and thus showed more vigorous vitality. And with the rise of structural strength in the interaction with the state in an increasingly advantageous position.
